I was super excited to find out about the Baytown location of Rent A Tire, as I live about 20 minutes away. So I called to get some information about how the rent to own worked as well as what I would need to bring.. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Jessica and she was very polite and sweet when she efficiently explained the program ans a lot more, I was very impressed and set an appt up right away. I've never been a customer with this company but however after the young lady told me all the information, and details regarding the VIP plan, instant cash and the different terms to fit my budget I made an appt right away. I did most certainly make my appt time and was given the best deal, I feel 100% with and that is comfortable within my finances. The young girl was very thorough and after it was all said in done.. I got exactly what I was looking for in style at the price you can't beat. Loved working with Jessica and even though I had to put my install off till tomorrow, she made it known that she would take care of me in a timely fashion so I would have the wait the shortest time possible. Corey the manager at this location is amazing and has wonderful customer service. I had wrecked my car and messed up one of my rims and they had been discontinued. So when I didn't know what I was gonna do Corey sd let me work on this and I will see what I can do to get you fixed up. And with time he did that I know as of today have a total other set of rims on my car and he totally took all my worries away.No hassle no complaints he just did his job and did it well. Corey also has a sale rep named JENNIFER who is truly amazing as well. She is always willing to help me no matter what I need. She knows her job and does it very well. This place Is awesome. They have so much stuff to choose from and they're so nice. From the moment I pulled up I was greeted. Nancy and Eli both helped me out and even helped each other to find the best option to make the sell to me. And just to be sure they even got their manager Hector to see about working me a better deal to fit my budget. And I was in and out in no time. That tire tech Andy was very quick and professional. And ever since I've had my wheels I've never had any issues with them. And they're convenient when it comes to paying cause when I can't make it in if call either John or markeith (the collection guys) and they take my payment over the phone so I don't have to drive all the way over there. I wish somebody would have told me about this place sooner. I have wanted to make my truck look awesome since I got it last year but can't afford to spend several thousand at one time just for new wheels and mud tires. Rent a Tire made it so easy to come in and get hooked up. I got instantly approved with no credit check. The Assistant Manger Bryan was super friendly and helpful he showed me all the sick wheels they had for my Silverado and the mud tires just like I wanted. The best tire repair experience I've ever had! Please do yourself a favor and go here for your tire needs. I went to Firestone to get my tires looked at for a nail and was advised it was non repairable. The rep recommended that I replace all 4 tires which was going to cost me over $900. It was far beyond my budget and about a 2hr wait time . I left to get a second opinion and price shop. I went to rent a tire and was greeted by a friendly staff who helped me look at my tire . He did recommend that I get new tires . He gave pricing on tires AND rims and informed me of their affordable payment program. I was able to drive off with 4 new tires and money in my pocket . I came in with my finance to get tires, and we started looking around.. We were greeted by a young lady who was eager to help us find what we were looking for. She let us know exactly how it worked with financing and was very knowledgeable, and even showed us a couple choices for rims if we were to do the entire packaged deal. Wow!! what an easy way to get wheels and tires for my truck. As soon as I walked thru the door Bryan and Hector helped me find the perfect set of off road wheels and mud tires. I have purchased two sets of rims from this very location, both times I have had a wonderful experience! I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Cory, I was having a problem with one of my tire, they did not have any 26 inch tires in stock but, by the time I got off work he had my truck finished and riding 10x's better then it was before and the entire time he kept the Communication open between the two of us. I brought my mom to get rims on her jaguar. The full experience was great. Right as we walked in we were greeted almost immediately. They went outta their way to find what we liked and to make sure it looked good on her car. They test fit it to make sure it worked and got to work right away. Great products @ reasonable prices. If they don't have it at their location they research another location to find exactly what you're looking for. They work with your time schedule and your actually in an out rather quickly I've had other experiences with other tire shops and it seems like you wait forever, they even offer you a cold drink while you wait. 8 months ago I did a review. My opinion is the same. 2 years. Dealt with Hector mainly. Him and Brandon are usually the only ones I deal with. If you have a bad review you must of not paid your wheels for a very long time. Hector always helps me when I need a hand some weeks. Yes they take long but it's all worth the wait. And not to mention whatever time they close , they are usually there 2 hours after they close making sure they get everything done.
