tryed to order tires on thursday and was told they would be there friday at 11am i called friday about 12 to find out they did not order the tires so they ordered them on friday and i didnt get tires til monday after 11 arrived at the rent a tire at 2:00 pm with one car in front of mine my tires where not done til 5:15 to me thats a very long time for me and my wife to sit and wait for one person to change the tires while five other employees stood around in the shop very nice people just poor service the manger and salesman where great and very helpful just fill that slow service may lose customers read more

Called in before i came and they were so helpful. When i walked in Alex greeted me by name, he was so very helpful in this process. Dillion was a joy to work with and very helpful with information. The 2 of them made the process so easy. I came in with a dire need for tires and they did all they could to make sure i left with safe tires on my car and completely understanding the process with their services. I went in to store because my car needed new tires and I was also interested in some new wheels I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman named AL. He asked what he could do to help me and I explained my situation to him and he immediately started to take care of me all while being polite and patient. Had a rear tire blow out on the highway at 8pm last night in frigid weather. I called these guys after they closed. I don't know a thing about tires. When I told the Mgr I was 30 min away on the side of the highway he said "no problem that's on my way home". He shows up and put my spare on and got me on my way. When I tried to pay him he rejected it. I went to the raw store in waco the next day and had them mount 4 new tires on my vehicle. This rent-a-wheel is the best place i've gone to to buy rims and tires. They are very helpful, and allow you to pick and choice on whatever you would like to have. They also work with you on payments. Also, the rim and tires you order always come in fast and on time. When i ordered my rims and tires they were in within a week or two. Went in the store today, I spoke with the sales person, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was able to select a new tire size that i was wanting to try for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500. The technician was very quick and personable. I had misplaced my wheel lock (didn't purchase my wheels with them) and they were able to get my wheels off with no problem at all and a I got a new set of lug nuts...later needed to have a flat repaired and it was fixed at no charge...
