Just bought my rims from here! We didn't do the rent option, we paid the balance but that's an option here. Eric, the manager took great care of us. We ordered the rims and they were in before the promised date. Everything went smoothly and I am really happy! Recommend them!

I got a set of rims and tires here at Rent-a-Wheel back in May. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful! They have a great selection of rims and tires that fits your budget! If you pay on time, every time? You own them A LOT FASTER! I actually had to stop in yesterday because of a nail in my back tire which they fixed for free in maybe 20 minutes? Amazing! I will be a long-time customer! For all you guys that can't get credit for rims and tires? Try out RAW! Thank you guys for all your professionalism!!!! read more

My adult son, and I both have individual accounts at this location. On September 1, 2023, proximately 8 AM Shawn from this location called me concerning my payment which I told him to process. He then informed me that my son was a payment behind and if I did not make him make his payment or pay it myself immediately tomorrow he would come to." take all my shit." including mine tires, which my payments were current. This would be a breach of contract. I informed him if he touched my car, I would call the police. He said he dealt with police before which I believe. And if he wanted to repossess my tires, which were current, go ahead! I reminded him that we had separate contracts for our two accounts. He said that if their computer they are connected and he didn't care, he would take all my shit. The conversation continued along these lines in an extremely abusive and unprofessional manner on his part. I went to the location had him make my payment Made sure he had my sons contact information and told him to deal with him and leave me alone. Do whatever he's going to do and I will see him in court. This weekend I was going to go in to buy a new set of rims and tires for my new truck. That won't be happening. I will never again use this company at this location for any reason whatsoever. I highly recommend as long as that man is working at this location, everyone stay away from it. He was unprofessional. Abusive and threatening, illegal activities as well as breach of contract. Again, as long as a man named, Shawn is working at this location I highly recommend everyone to stay away from it. He is crude, rude and abusive. He seems to be under the impression that his personal company policy trumps the law. read more

I just wanted to say what fantastic service I received at RAW wheels. I had been searching for a Lug key for my Fuel tires and was not having any luck, I happen to look at RAW wheels website and made a phone call and spoke to a very helpful woman at the front desk, she tracked down the correct tire key and held it for me until the next day. I arrived the next day and they came out to make sure the key fit. I wanted to go back in to pay for the key but the owner(I believe he was anyway) told me to keep the key and not worry about paying for it. With or without the free key they provided me with excellent service. I cant thank them enough!!! read more

There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

We contacted John (the owner) and, though backed up by other service calls, he got to us as soon as he could. John is knowledgeable about RV repairs. I had done a little research prior to his arrival and he quickly arrived at the same conclusion as I: The AC motor was burned out. John did what was required to repair my AC, he didn't try to get over on me by claiming something else (like the motherboard) was bad, and the charge for the replacement motor and his labor were very reasonable. He is also pleasant to deal with. I will be using JMC Mobile RV Services for my repairs from now on.

I went to the new bradenton location and got myself a great new pair of rims and tires. The team there rocks!! They wouldn't quit until we found the perfect rims for my car which took 2 days of me going in after work since I couldn't make up my mind...but the team there is very understanding, friendly and helpful and they helped me find the wheels I was looking for. They don't try and get you with anything either...everything is straight forward and to the point. I never once felt like they were just trying to take my money, they were genuinely caring and wanting me to love the rims I pay for. Which without their help I wouldn't have found, these guys really know what they are doing over there so give them all raises already! Seriously though, definitely would recommend anyone to just walk in there and talk to them. They are all open to help and very friendly. I had been to numerous places before, but the friendly atmosphere and guidance really made the wheel shopping easier.
