First let me thank faso who took extra care of my c230 not only did he go through 4 sets of rims for me due to my break calipers. He had more sent to the store from other stores and made sure everything went very well. Only thing I didn't know about was the referral program as I have sent in over 10 people to get rims and tires, but it's good due to that they all left and have told others about the company. The one big con is not on them but the website I set up a auto payment a few weeks ago due to that I was going out of country for a few weeks the first one went through fine but my second one didn't. So I got multiple phone calls. So I left them a message and I am guessing they didn't receive it due to that when I landed in Washington, D.C. First of I showed up at at 650 and I notice they were closin at 7pm the insisted that I stay and they cud get my wrk done. They were so professional. I've been to places that u walk in before close n they don't service u, this day was different. I want start by sayin rent a wheel was awesome. I didn't even buy anything and the service was perfect n they still treated me like a customer. Over the weekend I blew out a tire and had to park my car at the rent a wheel location. They weren't there yet, but when they open they call me (left # on the car). They completely helped me out I have a broke arm they reacted quick to get me on the road by offering to out my spare. I been a long time customer with the rent a wheel in Lakeland. And every time the seem to impress me with there service, I have been having a bad week I blew a tire and called them up they told me to bring it by. Boom I finally made it and like that my car was pulled in and I explained to them I didn't have any money. They once again explained there VIP program. This place is amazing, I walked in not knowin what I wanted on my car. All I knew was I wanted something. Great service at this place never seems to amaze. I went it for a flat repair ready to pay or buy a new tire and rent a wheel ppl told me I didn't have to pay, at first I was like I need a tire then they explained to my road hazard.
