This place sucks. Pay the money and get quality service. My car was 2 weeks old i bought rims i had them ordered and payed cash. I dont do rental rims. Long stort short i came back and had my rims put on. Rush job unprofessionalism i left and i felt shaking. I called they told me to rebalance and i wasted another day coming back so they could see if it needed better weights or rebalancing. They tried to suggest it was my car i said hell no my car is brand new °! Months and months later i come back shaking is worse. I took it straight to my dealership who said they were idiots because they put rins without the spacers needed to stop the shaking! Then i call finally get them to order the pieces and they tell me they will call when it comes in. No one calls to say anything i end up calling and asking and she the manager goes yes there here. Im like thanks for calling me back. I ask her if they can do the work asap she says yes i ask will this resolve the shaking ? My car is new she says i dont know what else to tell you. Very unresponsive. .my tires took a long tine the guy kept coming in and out. I will never come back or refer anyone to this ghetto ass place. Bottome line you get what you pay for. 8 months ago I wrote a review about this place and I give them five stars because they were good at the time sell me tires set up payment plan that I can budget which it was good at the time & plus I been doing business with these guys for the pass 5 years, but I have change of heart because there is NO loyalty to there repeatedly customers.. I have a flat tire and I called these guys and see if they can help me out because I don't have the key to take my tire off so I wanted to see if they can have somebody to come help me try to take my tire off so I can put the spare on and take it back to their place and fix my flat tire , but they said can't help me because my account is paid eight months ago that they won't find the keys to fit my tires anymore so I suggest see if they can find something just to help me get my tires off but They refuse to help me so there is no loyalty with these guys, please take your business elsewhere... read more

The gentleman who performed my services, I believe his name was Julio, had me "rollin" in and out of there in less than 20 minutes start to finish! Unfortunately I did not have the special key lock for my Infiniti and did not even have a spare tire. He was so kind he came out to me on the freeway and brought the special key and put a spare tire on for me and got my car over to the shop. Worst experience ever! Shop is a mess, customer service lacks and this company ruined my calipers, on top of scratching my new powder coated wheels, not once, but twice. Their responses from the district manager were rude and very unprofessional. They would not even take accountability for the $2400 brand new calipers they chipped on all corners putting their "loaners on". On top of scratched wheels that had to be powder coated, twice and now a third time, and they are not offering any assistance for loss of use, chipped up 4 and 6 piston calipers, but they mounted a tire inside out and I had to pay to have it remounted at a different company. I HAD MY FAMILY IN THIS CAR AND THE TIRE WAS ON INSIDE OUT!!! I have statements from dealership and pictures of me he tire and still they claim they didn't do it. And they still say they did nothing wrong even with substantial documentation. District manager doesn't even want to talk to me to hear my input, doesn't think it's reasonable for me to as the consumer to have any requests for correcting the negligence. Buyer beware! It's a shame and not right that they made me feel like I did something wrong becuase of their mistakes and negligence. read more

This place is in the heart of South phoenix so I thought I would give it a try. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! I had brought universal rims for suv and when they put them on they took a long time but I said they are probably taking a minute to provide a good service. Wrong!!! After I left I noticed that there was major rattling going on. They asked me to take it to 43rd ave location where they told me that I should have been given a key for my rims (which was not given to me ) they tightened up the bolts and sent me on my way. However it was still rattling. I went back 2 times on my day off to have them fix it and nothing worked. I really didn't drive my suv during this process because I didn't want to cause long term damage. Then after getting no where I took to breaks plus to have it check out. The report from them was that my suv was good but the tires where not strong enough for my car. So I call up rent a tire and told them they offered to but better ones. So I took a 3rd time but yet again it was rattling. So I called them again to report it. They asked me to bring it for a 4th time. So I did, this time was the WORST the scratched my rims trying to get the tire off and the actually cut one of the tires. My husband was with me that time and he got the to admit to either negligence. They offered to put new rims and tires on my suv. So for the 5th time I took it back on my day off. When i showed up they acted like I was incovinced them by showing up on time. They aren't ready and they were rude, so I said F**k this and left. I am not gonna pay my hard earned money to a company that doesn't have a genuine care for their customers needs. So I took it the next day to Big O Tires which they know how to run a good business ( 75th and Thomas ) I do recommend. Big O took off rent a tires wheels and put on my factory wheels. They found rent a tires mistakes from the jump. The reason my suv was rattling was because since it was a universal rims it needed a center cap which keeps the wheels centered to fit my my suv. Which probably would only would have cost rent a tire 6 bucks. Big O had me Rollin 100% again no rattling, I felt safe behind the wheel and I was relieved that my nightmare was almost over. I took the wheels rent a tire and told them I wanted to return them and close my account. Once a again they didn't give a shit about me or my problem. I don't even think they care about their own because they didn't bother to inspect the wheels or make sure I had returned the lug nuts or the key to wheels. Don't go to rent a tire because they just want to make goals not customers. read more

I had just been in an accident and blew both passenger tires & cracked a rim. How fast they were able to assist was the 1st thing I appreciated about this establishment. Didn't know too much about tires & rims. However, the staff was very patience with me & very informative. Very timely and efficient with placing the new rims & tires on my car. They even went above & beyond by advising me of the additional work needed from the damage I caused! They really didn't have to do that but I truly appreciated it. Allowed me to avoid larger issues in the future. I would definitely recommend this specific location to a potential customer. As a matter of fact, I already have. 2 to be exact. Great job you guys. So I had to bring my car back and have my stock tires put back on because the original ones were ruined by the guy who put them on. I was told you give them a week and a new set will be in. Now they're on back order for 36 weeks. Then to top it off I was never given my tool or lug nuts back to my stocks and get asked for them when I get here. Totally disappointed. Not sure if I'm coming back. They definitely need to get someone else to do the work on the cars because this guy sucks. Just being real... I will never go back to this place or any other rent a tire... Everything was all bad. About a month and a half ago on feb 24th 2015 i got a pair of 24 inch vct put on my 96 impala ss when they put the wheels on and i left noticed i never got a lug key for my lugs and also had a shake noticed that one of my wheels had no balance on them so about a week ago from today i went and told them that i needed the lug kye and made a payment of $130.03.. Come to find out he game me the wrong key to my rims Thursday the 9th comes around about 6:30am my lil brother comes in my room saying my car is sitting on bricks in my front some one came on my property and stole my brand new 24s off my 96 ss sat it on bricks 2 in the front one in the back took every lug nut off not broke them off took them off with the key that fit my lug lock key that rent a tire installed on my car went 5 blocks down and took the bricks from an old lady's house that had camaras also a few ppl on my block had camaras so just waiting on cops to come back with somthing... But heres where rent a tire really has me messed up... I got a police report and everything they asked and needed and off top they came on my property and took my stuff so i called and did everything went and took rent a tire the report that same day all this happen.. They going to tell me that the insurance dont kick in tell after 90 day of perched lol.. Dont make any since to me.. So u saying after i pay my rims off cuz i was on the 90day same as cash that my rims will be covered lol.. Makes no since right?? Then he gose you would have to pay the book value of the rims witch is about 1100 buck.. So i said ok i payed about 900 into my rims cuz i put down 500 and made a few payments on them so i will only owe u guys about 300 or so and ill put more rims on my car... They had the nerves to tell me no the 900 dose not go to the 1100 book value that they got them for lol and i would had to pay another 1100 bucks on the rims witch means i will end up paying about 2000 bucks for the rims with is about 900 over book value that there talking about... So i called and said ok u guys wanna be dicks about it and make it seem like im not the victim here ill pay u guys 10 bucks a month tell my rims are payed off... Ohhh he did not like the sound of that lol.. Hes started yelling and ohh no i wont take 10 bucks a month and will go to court for not paying and i told him i never said i wont pay but ill pay u what i can cuz not i gotta try and find stocks plus lug nuts cuz WHO EVERY took them took my lug nuts too so im still sitting on bricks bro... He got pissed and hung up the phone on me lol.... So every one before u sign your paper work and they tell your THAT IF YOUR RIMS ARE STOLEN AND THAT THEY WILL PAY OFF THE REMINDING BALANCE.... There full of dog sh*t and they have i sign something saying that ur responsible if there stolen.. But tell you somthing way eles.... read more
