In December of last year, I decided that it was time to get a stance on my truck. However, finding a setup on a limited budget is difficult. I came by Rent a Wheel a few years back and had a bad expierence. I figured I'd give it another try and I was very surprised of the service I got. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Joseph and was asked what I was looking for. Searching through their inventory, i spotted a set of 305/55/r20 MTs mounted on some Ballistic rims. Price range was a bit high for me however I was told about a flexible payment and a 90 day same as cash deal. Needless to say, a few hours later I had a setup I was looking for. A few months roll by and I come in with a buddy of mine. He got setup with some tires and I spotted another set of rims, however they were wider than the 20x9s I had aquired. This set was a 20x12 with a -44 offset. Chris who works on installs talked me into it. Let alone Paul and Stoney agreeing with him. The setup was a big change. I'm happy as a clam. Now I'm talking myself into a bigger tire down the road, and of course I'll be stopping in to get them to get them ordered. Also, on a side note, the Insurance plan is a must. After pay-off, you will get an additonal one year warrenty. Which includes rotation and balancing for the lifetime of your account (or until the warrenty is up). read more

the guys at rent a wheel were very helpful with the service i needed. i came in with my tire low on air and jason and josh was quick to help me. they pulled my truck in and found the problem, then came and showed me the problem and told me how much to fix it, but i could not afford to have my tire patched that day because i didn't have enough money. so jason and josh said that they would fix it for free since i was i a tight spot. the guys are very incredible people and i think this company is lucky to have them. they also informed me about the program this company has and how to get a new set of tires with easy approval i will defintley be back to take advantage of this deal. thanks john t. read more

I went to rent a wheel to get some tires my wife who is a current customer called and spoke with a guy named Paul. Paul was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He referred me to Chris who works sales, Chris was on point and found the tires I needed and they were priced right. The store manager Billy went over my contract and made it quick and painless. He went over each detail and answered all my questions. The tire man was extremely fast and had tires mounted and balanced. I went to several tire places but these guys are on point. I went into rent a wheel looking to rent to own some new tires for my truck. I told the sales guy I was looking for nitto mud tires. They didn't have any in stock. I was told that they could order me some though and I would have to give a deposit when they did. So when I get paid next week I was gonna order them. The salesman called me today and told me that they had a set of tires like I was looking for but not the same brand. I am getting them put on this week. That was good customer service and they found me a set of tires that I liked and I didn't have to wait for them to be ordered. Thanks guys read more

To the guys at rent a wheel, i want to thank u for a very pleasent experience i had while i was there. i came in to get wheels and the guys were jam up.as soon as i came in they ask me how they could help me, when i told them what i wanted they asked for my keys had me pulled in , and before i knew it they were done. they were very knowlegble when it came to all questions i had. and on top of that when they pulled my car around it was beautiful . they even made sure the car was rinsed off due to heavy pollen that had fallen on my car. i think they went above and beyond. thanks, amy read more

I was very upset when I got there today once I noticed I had a mis match tire but after I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he went and got his manager I was pleased to know he would order me another one that matches the other three on my car. Excellence customer service walked in looking for some rims for my 2013 Chevy Malibu the staff was excellent they provided excellent customer service in helping me pick out the rims I wanted for my car , most of the time when you go into a shop the staff is rude and not wanting to help or either rush you out of the store not the staff at rent a wheel they take there time and provides great knowledge.
