I'm really disappointed with my experience at the Pet Supplies Grooming Salon…read more I brought my dog, Chloe, in for her first grooming appointment on Saturday, January 3. As soon as I walked in, their computer system was down and the overall vibe wasn't welcoming. I tried to explain that this was Chloe's first appointment and that I had her rabies certificate, but I felt dismissed. A manager (or someone in charge) took me back to an office, and I had to re-show the rabies paperwork again. They also couldn't give me a clear timeframe for how long the grooming would take, yet Chloe was ready within about two hours--so the uncertainty felt unnecessary and unorganized. When I came back to pick Chloe up, I was told I had to pay before I could take her, which already made me uneasy. Then, during checkout, they triple-charged me for the grooming appointment. I caught it and pointed it out immediately, and they said they needed help because their barcode/computer system "wasn't the best." That's not something a customer should have to worry about. The worst part: after bringing Chloe home, I noticed she had a gash between her nose and another wound in her ear. No one mentioned any injury to me at pickup. The wounds were significant enough that I had to treat them right away to prevent infection. If an injury happens, owners deserve to be told--immediately and clearly. I also contacted Pet Supplies through their customer portal afterward and never heard back, which is why I'm posting this review now. Between the cold attitude, disorganization, billing error, and the fact that my dog left with untreated/unreported injuries, I won't be returning--and I would not recommend bringing your pets here.

We have been moving heaven and earth to try to find a harness that properly fits him. We called the shop and spoke with the owner. We described the problem and he said he thought he had one that would fit him. We went down to the shop and the owner patiently went through the options with us until we found one that fit. It was made in America and uses astronaut suit fabric so it stays cool in the summer. The shop is full of delightful options, including top end dog food, fish based treats, honey bully sticks and even has shoes that will cool your dog in the summertime. We are definitely coming back to this gem of a local establishment. And if you're in the area with your canine, I highly recommend you check it out. Five paw review!

What good is showing a picture of your goal if the groomer is going to cut the dog and make it look like every other dog in town. When I called to speak with the groomer, all she could say was "I guess I didn't look at the picture good enough, and I cut her how we always do, and I will write it on her chart." Don't bother writing anything on her chart because she will not be back. Her face was half way grown out, now that you shaved it, I have to start over and have 2 more months of an awkward stage, thanks for obviously not listening to our wants, and giving us exactly what you give everyone else. Complete with one bow in the middle of the head when we specifically said and showed the picture of one bow on each ear. My dog looks absolutely HORRIBLE and I am embarrassed for her. I will be telling everyone where she got such a horrible haircut, and how bad she smelled and how bad her hair felt, and how I had to bathe right away her when she got home, I guess bathing is not included. It is the worst feeling to pay for something and get nothing close to what you want. Once again a Safford business has failed. Small business owners wonder why we all go out of town for things, this is exactly why. Sorry does not fix what you have done to my dog.

I am a first time puppy owner and Cassandra helped me pick out everything I needed before I brought him home. She sent me pictures and videos of him while I prepared my apartment for his arrival. She kept in contact after I brought him home, answering a million and one questions. One month after bringing him home, I have a happy, healthy, well behaved fur baby named Charlie. He is smart and playful, and has slept through the night since the day I got him. Beware giardia in new puppies when brought home from this store. I had to take him to the animal hospital a few days after I got him for diarrhea. My friend who also got her puppy from Animal Kingdom said the same thing happened to her. Overall, I had a great experience at Animal Kingdom! Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I strongly believe that with a great leadership that Andrew shows, this why his store and staff are all so amazing, just watching the way they interact with not only puppies but there customers as well is a BIG reason why I would recommend this exact store to anyone looking for a soul baby. I have become a regular at Petco recently which includes Dog Grooming and Dog Training…read more I have two dogs, one that is a year old rescue from Mexico and the other is a 4 year old Pug. I had to get the pup into training. It wasn't an easy process to schedule this because they didn't show any classes online. I had to call and the trainer called me back to schedule. We had to schedule a new class but her schedule was very small. There are no evening or weekend classes so I need to take time out of my work day to bring my girl in. But, with that being said, I have been VERY happy with our trainer, Noemi. My girl has learned so much in just a few weeks. I literally have fallen in love with her now that we're speaking the same language. Woof! I have now taken both kids in for grooming. Diane is now our groomer and I'm happy that I don't have to try to calm a puppy when I'm trying to trim her nails. She's very kind and I could tell that she cares about our furry family members.

Well, I didn't feel like going all the way to petsmart so I stopped there. Its located on Florence, of course. (I've lived in Arizona and Casa Grande for less than a few months and I found that EVERYTHING is on Florence!) Like most of these places, they are small mom and pop style shops. They have everything included the cutest little puppies ever and nice inexpensive doggie treats. This is the best part. You can get 2 huge bone shaped doggie treats for a buck. I didn't ask of they were home made (which would be awesome, if they were), but came in a little brown bag and my dogs love them.
