I'm really disappointed with my experience at the Pet Supplies Grooming Salon. I brought my dog, Chloe, in for her first grooming appointment on Saturday, January 3. As soon as I walked in, their computer system was down and the overall vibe wasn't welcoming. I tried to explain that this was Chloe's first appointment and that I had her rabies certificate, but I felt dismissed. A manager (or someone in charge) took me back to an office, and I had to re-show the rabies paperwork again. They also couldn't give me a clear timeframe for how long the grooming would take, yet Chloe was ready within about two hours--so the uncertainty felt unnecessary and unorganized. When I came back to pick Chloe up, I was told I had to pay before I could take her, which already made me uneasy. Then, during checkout, they triple-charged me for the grooming appointment. I caught it and pointed it out immediately, and they said they needed help because their barcode/computer system "wasn't the best." That's not something a customer should have to worry about. The worst part: after bringing Chloe home, I noticed she had a gash between her nose and another wound in her ear. No one mentioned any injury to me at pickup. The wounds were significant enough that I had to treat them right away to prevent infection. If an injury happens, owners deserve to be told--immediately and clearly. I also contacted Pet Supplies through their customer portal afterward and never heard back, which is why I'm posting this review now. Between the cold attitude, disorganization, billing error, and the fact that my dog left with untreated/unreported injuries, I won't be returning--and I would not recommend bringing your pets here. read more

Self-serve dog wash used to be kept really clean, but cleanliness has gone downhill the last several visits. The wash stations were dirty, and the towels provided are worn out and falling apart -- past due for replacement. I mentioned the issues to staff on-site and was met with a shrug, no acknowledgment or plan to address it. Based on the lack of response, I won't be coming back to this location and will be using a different self-serve wash instead. read more

I took my dog in for grooming yesterday, i booked it a week ago for the 34$ grooming service. The receipt in my email says "34$. Approximate price, will be confirmed at check in". Nobody said anything to me. I did ask them to trim her ears, paw pads and she offered to file her nails. No price was discussed. I brought the paper to the cashier and everyone in line was confused as to why a miniature 8 pound dachshund was being groomed for 74$ worth of services. I drove 35 min for it to be a little bit cheaper and they ended up screwing me. Thankfully the cashier put in my military discount but it's still absolutely outrageous. A little heads up would've made everything okay. read more

Took my dogs in to do a self-wash on them. That was my first experience and it went well. They have everything you need so all you have to do is bring the dogs lol. They had aprons to prevent getting wet, shampoo, conditioner, spray for after, clean towels, and even the vacuum dryer. Clean and easy! read more

She's done my dog Logan a few times and she does excellent and she listens and my dog but she treats him very nicely and she does a perfect job and I mean a perfect job if you go to Petco or PetSmart, it's a waste of your time just trust me and then thank me later. Also, I want to give a huge shout out to Mandy who's the manager there? If you want to know a customer service is find her and talk to her amazing I'm very impressed with how she treated a situation that I had but again it's all about the grooming, go see Alyssa and then post and thank me. read more

If I could give more than "5 Stars," I would. I bring my two dogs there to be groomed. I've used "3" different groomers, and they all did a beautiful job on my Bella and Rosie. The staff is wonderful, especially the Manager, Mandy. She goes above and beyond to be as helpful and pleasant as possible. To the "powers that be," you have a real "keeper" in Mandy. Today I went in for a full grooming in Oro Valley off of La Canada, and they told me I was only set up from the computer with the bathroom brush I said that was not correct and I would like my full grooming well they could not do it because they did not have enough groomers due to the issue of the internet not getting the information correct. I also found out that that happened to a customer yesterday after speaking to the staff and the manager. Corporate needs to listen up here they do not need a new app they do not need more things right now they need to fix what's happening with their internet so that people can book online as you would like them to and get the services they are requesting and they've paid for. Sarah who was wonderful to do my bath and brush and the nails actually gave me a discount because she felt so bad that the internet was unbelievably unattainable and incorrect. I will go back to Sarah but please be aware you should always book on the phone in or in person not online corporate you need to fix this problem this is a franchise and you're not doing them any good the benefit of franchise is that you have owners and you're making money they don't make money when they have a decrease and unhappy customers. read more

This review is a bit late. I needed a place to wash my dog. I visited this location before I brought my dog in to see the place. Amazing employees! I brought my dog back in the same afternoon to give him a good scrubbing. The whole store is clean. The wash area is ready to go. It has the basics which is all I need. The water is hot, towels are clean, and the whole wash area is clean & dry. I was blown away at how great every employee is. My dog, who normally is quite shy, was happy to go around and meet everyone. He even sat and took photos with them! I am happy to have found this place. Great people and a nice store.
