During the process, it was not clearly explained to me whether the discount applied was a new-member discount or the discount I may be entitled to as a Medicare beneficiary. That lack of clarity was frustrating and should have been handled more professionally. After placing the order, I was never properly contacted to let me know that my eyeglasses were ready. I eventually had to call the store myself. During that phone call, I was treated in a rude and disrespectful manner and was told that they only send text messages. However, I was not properly informed of that policy, and I never received a text message. I later contacted the store and submitted a complaint. A few minutes later, another representative called me, but that interaction was also aggressive and unprofessional. When I finally picked up the glasses, I felt the service was incomplete and far below the level of care a customer should receive, especially after paying such a high amount. As an elderly customer and Medicare beneficiary, I expected to be treated with patience, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Received glasses and one lens looked like a bottle cap and extended so far out it it looked as if it could cut her cheek. They have a 30 day return policy, but once we returned the following day they were extremely rude and they're attitude completely changed. If you're looking for friendly and knowledgeable staff with great customer service. Not to mention reasonable prices go check Warby Parker. It's in the same mall.

This store has a large selection of many designer sunglasses and that's why we always return here to purchase upgrades or replace lost or stolen sunglasses. They have the best and most current styles. They also have good sales and reward money points. We wound up purchasing a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses. They are just what we were looking for.
