Dr. refused without any kind of courtesy to patient without having to pay for a full $175 eye exam...even after all the previous business my family provided (over $2000). I even suggested a quiet spot away from his existing Patients. All I got from him was "that's our fee" and "I have to pay my rent" and "that's our economy". In the 10min talking. He could have checked my eye and even charged me $50. Then he gives me card for somewhere else without even checking. So they would rather loose a family of Patients then take a little courtesy time. I would think they know how many people are booked with appointments and allow for the walk ins and people picking up their glasses. How about a separate line for people just picking up? I had to wait 10 minutes behind some guy who either didn't have insurance or didn't know his insurance simply to pick up glasses that were already paid for. And everyone is nice, very friendly staff. I'm not a mall person so I almost did not go here because it does take extra time getting in and out of the mall. And of course the extra shopping along the way lol

I wanted the optician to check my lenses because I wasn't seeing clearly, but instead she was tied up selling frames. Kind of felt like the priorities were backwards. When I finally came back to have my prescription checked, they made it seem like the change was so minor that it couldn't possibly be the issue -- basically brushed me off. I wasn't looking to argue, I just wanted someone to actually take the concern seriously. After spending that much money, the lack of follow-up care was really disappointing.

Her picture is posted as part of my review but her name is not on the receipt so I dont know her name. We really appreciated her help. This store has a large selection of many designer sunglasses and that's why we always return here to purchase upgrades or replace lost or stolen sunglasses. They have the best and most current styles. They also have good sales and reward money points. We wound up purchasing a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses. They are just what we were looking for. I couldn't wear either pair of glasses - at all! I was on vacation in Hallandale and thought I would give it one more try. The optician, Frankel (I think) listened patiently and measured me carefully. He thought I might do well with the Nikon Focus Progressives. They are awesome! The difference between these and the others I tried is night and day. I got them with transition tinting, and I am wearing them all the time.
