I was a first time home buyer and very new to the home buying process. I found Ray to be extremely accommodating and understanding given it was my first time. He gave me near daily updates on new properties for me to look at which I greatly appreciated during the home searching process. I changed my preferences for a condo multiple times during the three month search for a condo, I even gave up once and told Ray that it was not going to happen. Even given these circumstances, Ray was patient with me and was always helpful at every step of the process. When I did finally select a condo, I had little idea on the documentation that needed to be done. Ray walked me through admirably and gave me key insight on what I was signing when I did not have the patience or time to fully read it. Ray also saved me money by negotiating well with the selling agent of the property, which was fantastic, given that the property that I was pursuing had an appraisal come below the negotiated purchase price. Another thing to note is that he accommodated my preferred way of communication. I think after a few communications that we had, he knew that I prefer email and text message over meeting face to face or phone calls given my schedule and I think that is a hallmark of a great real estate agent. Ray also communicated quickly and thoroughly even though most of my emails would come later at night given my work schedule. Buying our first house was a breeze thanks to Ray Bosko. 10/10 The Seattle area housing market is volatile and can be intimidating, particularly if you are fairly new to the area. As first time home buyers we knew almost nothing about how to buy a house. It was important to us to find a realtor we could trust who would teach us what we needed to know. Ray was the perfect fit for us. He gave us great advice throughout. It was clear to us from the start that Ray was invested in helping us to not just find a house, but the right house for us. Ray is flexible. We both work full time and can't always get away. Ray picked us up and drove us to the houses we wanted to see on weeknights and weekends when we were free. He organized the route so that we could see everything quickly and efficiently and even brought snacks. Ray was wonderful to work with and really knows how to navigate the Seattle housing market. Ray helped my boyfriend and I find/buy our first house. We happened to meet him at an open house when we were first looking, and he made such a good impression we decided to contact him about being our agent. We bought two homes with Ray and Sold one with Ray. Ray does an amazing job of Realtor in Reality. At the time of buying a house, he was patient no matter how many homes he had to show us everyday and no matter what time it is. Also, we did have technical issues which signing documents and within 10mins of not getting the technical issue fixed, he came to our house within an hour to get the docs singed personally and by not waiting for the technical issue to get fixed. And when selling the house, we had a bad experience with other realtor who overpriced our house and didn't really do a good job which left us stressed. It sat in market for about 60 days and yet no offers. Then we gave up and called Ray and that's it. We unloaded all our stress and worries to Ray.
