Can't rate any lower tha 1 star. Let me explain. Sale of the RV was great 5 stars however that's where it ends. The storied our RV for 2 months, call 10 days before picking it up. You would think they would have all the parts ready when I got there. Wrong again!! He hitch for the truck was not there. They had to drive to Salt Lake City to get one. The 5th wheel did not have the coating on yet. The walk through guy said he did the inspection and everything was good except the awning in the back. It had a tear in it and they would fix it when I called because I live out of state. I call and they could not find my paperwork and there was no documentation of the tear. So now I have taken photos and they hope the warranty will cover it. Rating for sales 5 stars Rating for service -5 stars wash is 0 stars. When doing your walk through there make sure to open all draws and make sure they are clean ours were not. All lights work some of ours did not. All drawers catches work some of ours did not. Lift springs under the bed work, one of ours did not. All plugs work some of ours did not. The if they have to document some thing walk with them and make sure the tech does his job. I have to let everyone know about the exceptional service we received from the service staff of Ray Citte. Specifically we are talking about Josh Thompson, Tim Ernst, and Sherrie Brown. In short (no pun intended), we lost the AC power in our Class A motorhome as we were camping north of Salt Lake City. After the initial panic, we discovered we were dealing with a broken cable tied into our solar array. We "Mcgivered" a solution for the night, and figured we would continually do that until we got home to Los Angeles in 3-4 days. But as we were passing through SLC, and after seeing a couple of RV places on the side, I got nervous and asked my navigator to find the next available RV dealer. He brought up Ray Citte, only a couple of minutes away. We pulled in and saw Josh and another tech working on a trailer. I asked Josh if he did emergency work, as we had a time sensitive voyage going on. Well, he dropped everything to help us. He even started the work before we had completed the paperwork with Tim. Tim did his part and more, as he walked us out to the work site to make sure he had accurate information on the job so things wouldn't slow down. While Sherrie was giving us tips on the best activities in Zion, everything got completed. Josh even cleaned and greased all our contracts and showed me some potential trouble spots. And all at a nominal cost. We were done in less than an hour of the time we drove into the dealership! All this was done for people that were just passing through and they would probably never see again. If the opportunity comes around, we will always drop by just to say thanks again. Where to start? On March 5 2022 we purchased a brand new trailer. The day we picked it up the service tech Arvil did a "show and tell" to get us familiar with our trailer. He explained to us that he was in charge of our trailer from start to finish. First thing we noticed was a leg just laying on the floor from one of the couches, there was a few other things that didn't work that he apparently had no idea about. We had also done our research and was fairly certain this model had Bluetooth capabilities to work stuff with an app on our phones. When we asked him about it, he was certain our trailer didn't have that. Once we got home we did some more research and sure enough it does. Next Brennan in parts. The day we picked up our trailer we purchased some cameras that are compatible with the Furrion brand hookups most trailers have. We never compared to furrion but he assured us they were better and cheaper. Once we got home we looked at reviews and it seems he is most likely right, however the problem here was he told us they were "plug & play". Easy to install. This is not true. We had to cut wires "per instructions" and we had to remove a wall in the storage area just to get to these wires. Next, Mr. Citte not the owner Trent, but his brother didn't finish everything we asked for so we had to take it back to finish the services asked for at a later date which was 2 weeks later, and we live an hour away one way! During this service the technician working on our trailer ran it into their building causing damage to the ladder and rear sliding glass door. We were assured everything would be fixed. They set us up an appointment on April 25 for the repairs. 2 days later after our scheduled appointment date I called Kelly for an update. She told me it wasn't in the shop yet but would be the next one in. I never got any updates unless I called them first. 6 weeks later they were still waiting for my ladder parts. Yes 6 weeks later after my appointment. The manager Clint Easling just tells you what you want to hear and doesn't actually care what happens and doesn't follow up at all. Next on June 22, I get a call from AAA insurance at 11:45 in the morning telling me about damage done to my trailer that happened that morning at 8:30 when someone ran into it! Not a single phone call from Ray Citte. Finally I called later that evening just before they closed and "oh you're on our list to call". REALLY? My trailer was wrecked again, not even Ray Citte's fault but I have to find out from the other insurance company? Finally June 28 our trailer is "finished" Kelly tells me she will leave it outside with the keys hidden. Now remember, I live an hour away well luckily I made it before the sales department closed because guess what? It's locked behind a gate. Our first trip out using the trailer the rear sliding glass door falls off its frame once again. I had to take it somewhere else that knows what they're doing and pay $240 for the repairs that Ray Citte should have done for free because they're the ones that ran it into their building! And Clint also said he would take care of some other warranty issues that were not taken care of that we are now trying to get Kelly to take care of. Lesson learned. Then she starts blaming Justin for not telling her about "out the door" price after she just got through asking me what state/county and what the tax rate was. We are from out of state and had called to do a price comparison on an RV we wanted to buy. They bait and switched us. We were quoted one price on the phone which was an incredible deal on the RV we were shopping around for, so we drove all the way to Roy, Utah to buy the RV. Upon arrival, their salesman took us out to the RV to do a walk through before purchase and the sticker price was $15,000 MORE than their original quoted price. Beyond bizarre. We were baffled at why they bait and switched us and the salesman literally said, "We are in the business of making money, not giving deals." We promptly left and purchased our new RV from a different dealer the following day! Leaving their establishment was the best financial decision ever. Our new 2019 RV that we purchased (from a different dealer) was $16,000 BELOW Ray Citte's sticker price and we even got a free 10 year warranty! As a consumer: Save your dignity, your time and your money: avoid Ray Citte RV. Your money has no value and business ethics go out the window: they will lie to get you in the door. Beware!!! the finance guy is not reliable. Pulled my credit 9 times ( which legal counsel said is unacceptable.)...and put me primary without asking me! We nicely asked him to call credit bureaus and remove inquiries. He refused! My husband was from day one the primary on loan, but finance guy said " he tried me as primary just to see!" So as you know your crefit score decreases...if this gets resolved I will repost! One of our chairs damaged at RV show promised if we took 5th wheel now, manager would order new one asap. It's been 3 months or more and it just got ordered...at least we hope! I believe in being honest and true...and if these matters get resolved I will repost the positive outcomes. I've bought 2 Travel Trailers from them. My first experience was great no complaints and Ray Citte did ALL my service work. Recently went back and bought a new Toy Hauler, may be the worst service I've ever had on any purchase. Some things I've learned through this with them, I would never sign a contract or remove the purchase off the property until I have thoroughly inspected and had all repairs completed. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them. First time I took it out found a number of manufactured defects and the sink leaked, made an appointment wanting only the sink fixed and would have the rest repaired at a later date when they were not so busy, was told 2-3 days they were busy. After 2 week which now they have had my trailer longer then me, still not fix went in seen the general manager he went out to repair himself told me it was fixed. Sink still leaks, tag has expired with no new plates in yet and will not return calls to make repairs. Took camper somewhere else to have the sink fixed took 15 minutes. I will never buy or have service done there again other then to try getting my warranty work completed that is due from them. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a business! I took my 5th wheel in to have some warranty work done and they butchered my trailer. It was was actually worse than when I took it in. My wife and I bought a used RV from a private party after a half baked walk through with the previous owner we returned home to find the hot water heater not working, not being familiar with the unit I chose to take it in for repair, Ray Citte's service department was out only a couple weeks compared to a couple months of other local repair shops we checked. Upon arriving the day of our appointment I told the gentleman at the service desk, I believe his name was Josh, what was going on, he got a look on his face and said let's go take a look. Once at the unit he did some investigating adjusted a little flapper dealio on the hot water heater, said let's go put some water in it, we did and BAM! HOT WATER WE HAD! I couldn't thank him enough offered to pay which he respectfully declined. Not only did he fix the water heater he answered other questions I had about the unit. Service like this is hard to come by in this money driven world, they could have told me I needed a completely new water heater and I wouldn't have known any different. When the service department installed a brake controller on my Ford van they punctured a vacuum line to my AC. Ford charged me over $500 to repair the vacuum line and correctly wire the brake controller. Ray Citte has refused to reemburse me for what I spent to repair the damage they caused. Also I am still waiting for warranty items for the trailer I bought six months ago. read more

Terrible place with horrible staff. They lack professionalism, don't even attempt to provide any type of customer service, and only want your money. We purchased a 2015 trailer from them for over $30,000, it wasn't detailed, no propane in the tanks and bad batteries. We had a minor accident with the trailer on 04/14/2016 and took it to them that same day for the repair. They told us it would take 6-8 weeks to complete, long story short, we are now 5 MONTHS out and we still do not have our trailer back. It's always one excuse after another, waiting on the manufacturer, ordering wrong parts, on, and on, on. Stay far away from this place, you'll save yourself money and stress. read more

People, listen. Facts are i took my RV to them on Sept 14, 2015 they never orderd the parts until January 5th according to Heartland Factory. They will have had my trailer for about 6 months before i get it back. Do not buy an RV or take your R V to Ray Citte for repairs. I took my R V to Ray Citte for warranty repairs with what they told me would take 4-6weeks. They kept making excuses that the parts were on order when in fact 19 weeks later I check with the factory and the parts had just been ordered the week prior. They have now had my R V for over 5 months and the parts are still on order and I don't have my R V. They just continue to make excuses. read more

We bought a 2015 Black Rock from Ray Citte RV and we've had it in every year for water problems, that have never been fixed!!! I have left several messages for service and they never respond to any of there messages, or calls. I wonder if they ever look at any of their reviews because none of them are good and one would think that you could find and fix some of the problems there. I think they are ignoring any messages just so the warranty will run out of the RV and we will have to pay full price. Don't buy from Ray Citte RV. read more

Don't do business with these people! All they care about is taking your money. They let my motorhome sit on the lot for 14 days after I had paid for it before even starting to make repairs or clean it. It took over 3 weeks before we got it once they received the check. WTF!!! Once they have your money they will treat you like crap and ignore any attempts to contact them. I'm surprised they didn't sell my motorhome to someone else after I paid for it. Take my advice and JUST DON'T. These are not honest people and they do not communicate within the company, you will have to do for them that if you do business with them. We had to make sure every department was doing there job. I don't work there, i'm not the manager, why do I have to tell the service department that they need to get the motorhome off the lot because it has been purchased?? And they let my boyfriend pick up the motorhome without the plates after knowing they still had the motorhome and after I had requested they put the plates on it. Now he has to drive 60 miles to go back for them. The service here is simply unacceptable when you are spending this kind of money. I have been treated better and received better service at McDonalds... and we all know how terrible they are! read more

I have purchased two RV's from Ray Citte. I have never been pressured, and Clint, one of the top dogs there, did all he could to help us upgrade to a larger, better coach. Being a new unit, and having purchased new units previously, I KNOW that things are going to need fixing during the first year- as was the case with my outfit. Though I took it in for a minor repair and replacement of a part, they found a problem with my roof, which was still under full warranty, and knowing the expense involved should this become worse, they took it upon themselves to go ahead and start the part ordering and warranty work. I am sure this would have added up to thousands of $$$ in the future, usually after the warranty has expired . I was able to take the trailer in after the season so the time involved would not have affected our coming seasons outings. I have learned though the processes, that the dealerships, many times, are at the mercy of the manufacturer for parts shipments and warranty authorization. And, no, I am not a relative, nor has any daughter or son married any of the employees/owners. read more

I worked there and their corrupt practices, lies and worst service you can get. I saw with my own eyes the level or corruption, their illegal activities with screwing employees. They take young forklift drives and have them work on your RVs and insist that these untrained, unschooled teenagers amount to "Highly Trained". They cheat Warranty, The Mfgs, Customers and Employees. Try this: Call to get a part, but make sure to use their Stag catalog and watch how prices change according to their whims. Here's the formula Their COST divided by .6 = what you should pay, should pay. Take a look at all the negative comments posted, you will see the level of corruption .I/m warning all of you from someone on the inside who tried to deal honestly with all of you.
