If they have cheated you out of a fair claim, file a complaint with your state's department of insurance. The Better Business Bureau and any other source of consumer protection source. Ernesto helped me out and all I can say is that he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Including his manager Javier who was able to price my insurance (2 cars with 1 accident) at $187 a month.
