Jumping in, I walk into the place and was instantly greeted. Britney at the front desk was very polite, love the energy she adds to the office. It took about 15-20 minutes before I was shown to my very comfortable room with a little personalized welcome on the tv for me. Dr. Nickleberry talked me through every single step, there were issues with my teeth I knew were happening due to the care from a previous dentist. I made an appointment for a simple cleaning and after she showed me everything and my plan I was there for 2.5 hours getting the best care. While I was under their care, I was completely relaxed, comfortable and most of all informed. I can say this is one of the best dental offices I've been to. My entire family will be going here as they've won my trust. Oh and might I add this company is owned and operated by beautiful blank women! We've found our dental home. Unfortunately, I had a really bad root canal that started giving me problems before my first appointment, so I was worried Dr. Nguyen wouldn't help me until after my first visit. Thankfully, they prescribed me meds to help with the pain. Everyone is very knowledgeable & they make you feel like family from the moment you step foot in the door.
