I would have never went if they informed me they would not accept my insurance in full minus deductible & the price. I have documents showing what they accepted but they still want to rape me! So, much of my time was spent idle. I stated this in a survey sent to me. The following session, I was confronted about the survey, which I would have thought confidential and anonymous. This was very unprofessional and made future experiences awkward. There are a couple people who concentrated on my progress. They were mentioned in the aforementioned survey. There was also a financial dispute, which I won't discuss here, that ended in me cancelling the remainder of my sessions.

Needless to…read moresay, I went into the O.R. with a measure of trepidation - even though I've had surgery elsewhere over the years on both ankles, one shoulder, one detached retina, both hips replaced and one knee replacement. In other words, I am not unfamiliar with what major surgery entails, especially post-op. But this surgery involved my CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM! Scary thought. Dr. Snavely was not just good, nor was he great, he was - and remains (had my six-week follow-up yesterday) - PHENOMENAL!! Six weeks out of surgery, I am walking without my pre-existing "waddle/penguin" gait, turning and stopping "on a dime" (okay, a bit of hyperbole; I am not nor was I ever Barry Sanders) with nary a trace of pain. I am ELATED about not just the result, but also the commitment to the patient that I have experienced. As others have noted, Stephanie & Barbie - in addition to Dr. Snavely - deserve to be recognized for their "team" efforts. Thank you, all!

I was sent directly to someones voice mail box stating they would contact me with 1 business day to make an appointment. I called back and the lady who answered the phone was RUDE. She said I had to wait a business day to talk with someone on making an appointment. I have never heard of such a thing. My pain is severe and I cannot lift my arm. I missed work and now have to wait until tomorrow at best for someone to call and hopefully make me an appointment.

Tom Oliva was my therapist, and he is truly amazing! The front staff, Shivani and Shantee are professionals at juggling schedules in a caring and kind manner. They will work to get you in while they make you feel like a very special person. Tommy is the most gifted therapist, creating a program that got my shoulder's pain level down, and increased its mobility and strength. He LISTENED after asking how the shoulder was feeling, then created a program that used different exercises, each time keeping the therapy exciting and progressing. There was NEVER a "set routine" that I was told to perform. He uses manual manipulation and massage of the joint at EACH session and as needed to reduce pain throughout the session. He has such a positive attitude, making the sessions fun and innovative. My surgeon, Dr. George White found the results outstanding for range of motion as well as strength and well beyond the expectations he had for the surgery. October 2022 I had to get another doctor to repair and put my shoulder back together. Let me explain. April 1, 2022, Nowicki repaired my shoulder. For 4 weeks I was in agony from his surgery not taking. May 11, 2022, Nowicki went back in my shoulder to repair all the tears and found out he gave me a bacterial infection on the humorous bone plus a blood clot in my armpit. May 26, 2022 I am in the hospital for a third surgery to remove all the anchors and any foreign things he put in my shoulder. Had to flush out the shoulder and I had a pic-line put in my arm going to my heart for antibiotics my wife had to give iv for 8 weeks. Now my rotator cuff and other tendons were not attached and I had no use of my arm. At this time I went to see another Doctor, thank God, that had to wait 5 months more before operating to make sure the bacterial infection was gone. The follow up after the 4th surgery my Doctor walked into the room and I swear the first words out of his mouth was " your shoulder was a complete mess ". Till this day November 2023, although my shoulder is functioning I do not have full range of motion especially on the rotation. I just have to add, Nowicki is so full of himself, he showed no empathy, blamed me for retearing my shoulder after the 1st surgery but then said that it was not me, and not even a sorry. Iwould not recommend Nowicki, not after all the pain and suffering he put me thru.
