Got a true diagnosis. Within a week or so, I was back in Dr Behr's office and had the gruesome beast excised in a pretty complicated surgery. So relieved! Healed quickly and well and unless I tell someone, they don't even notice the very light scar. I saw Dr Mathieu for after care, and was every bit as impressed and thankful. Both Doctors the ultimate professional, kind, gentle, thorough and explain things well. Their office and assistants staff are marvelous - friendly, quick, helpful and reassuring. My first appointment with Mary was in April of 2018 and I was so happy with the results that I have been coming back at 4-7 week intervals. I have dry skin that can become overly dry in the cold winter months and Mary has adjusted my treatments to reflex the change in my skin due to the weather. I have received microdermabrasion which has helped with dry skin and has brightened my complexion. She has also suggested different products to help combat my winter skin issues. The products she suggested I use (in conjunction to seeing her ever 4-7 weeks) have shifted my skin from constant breakouts to only a few hormonal pimples every now and again. My wife mentioned a sun spot on my face had gotten bigger and suggested I get it checked out. Instead of going to just a dermatologist, I went right to the source and went to the Skin and Cancer institute of Fresno to checked out. I had a biopsy done and the spot tested positive for squamous cell carcinoma, a very common form of skin cancer with a high survival rate, but still scary. The office told me a lot of people have this and the survival is in the 95 - 99 percentile, which made me feel better. After a few weeks, I headed back to the spot removed and lucky for me the extra tissue/segment they removed tested negative for carcinoma! I did get three stitches in my face and potentially a cool scar, as my son says. The staff here for the most part was friendly, but a few could a refresh on their bedside manner and be reminded when people hear the word "cancer," it's scary AF! The appointment process was a breeze. They use APPatient, a scheduler app which made the process so easy from beginning to end. I paid, set up prescriptions pickup locations, and received appointments all from the app which was awesome. I have a full body scan set for September! Just a reminder to wear sunscreen and get all moles or weird skin discolorations checked out!

All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!
