Lol Two days later I received my voucher, thus here I am to give a GREAT shoutout for Squeaky Clean Car Wash. They have proved excellent customer service to me, as well as GR8 washes. In addition I've never never lost $ or been disappointed in any of the other services at this wash. I am a real Yelp user. Please review my other reviews to verify that this is an authentic review. My car had no dents prior to entering their wash, but when I exited, there was noticeable damage. When I reported it to an employee, she immediately insisted their car wash could not have caused it. I asked for video footage, but was told the manager wasn't available. I was only given a name and phone number. I spoke with the manager, Briana Davis, who stated over the phone the footage was "pixelated" but asked me to come in. When I did, the video clearly showed my car without damage before entering. Instead of addressing the issue, she pulled up pictures of dents from Google as examples. When I requested a copy of the footage, she agreed to give it to me but then shut it off and told me to "go through your insurance." The staff was unprofessional, and showed no concern for the damage. If you value your vehicle, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I usually don't write bad reviews but considering I'm out 500$ for a ceramic coat, I need to spread awareness.. here's my experience.. I've had Edgar work on my vehicles since late 2019, and up until today I will no longer be using him. I've been very loyal to him and his business as he really does great work (even still today). But unfortunately his communication, and customer service skills are lacking big time. And as of late I feel very betrayed by his business practices. So just for reference I had spoke with Edgar about getting my jet skis ceramic coated in late February/ early March when I got my truck ceramic coated by him. So we set a rough date, and he gave me the pricing. I agreed. I hit him up on IG on the 15th of March because he had an opening available for the 16th. He asked if I could front him 150$ of the overall 1000$ total to buy marine ceramic coat product. I sent it. He shows up around 6 pm and starts working on the first ski. Finishes around midnight and say he will be back to finish the second ski the next day. Fine no problem. So I end up making my first mistake, paying him in full for both skis. 150+remaining 850$. Well that's where it started going downhill. Reschedules, no call no show, no responses, unkept promises. My time is very valuable so I can't afford to do this for MONTHS on end. So by April 19th after many missed appointments and reschedules I asked for a refund. He called and explained he didn't have the money anymore. Ok I'll give him a reset so we reschedule. So 3 months later after more reschedules and missed appointments along with our time frames not aligning I'm calling him out to do the right thing. Send me a refund so I can get someone else to take care of me. There is way more to this story but I will leave it at that. Please be cautious when working with Edgar as he hasn't been great as of late, make sure he does the work before you pay him, and don't put up with getting rescheduled and pushed aside when there are many other people out there that could use the business!

Jai gave me a reasonable quote over Yelp, though i also had many competitive quotes from Yelp as well but i selected him because he was respectful and it's very rare to see a minority business owned in my community these day. It turned out to be great decision i made, not only i never have to leave the house during the lockdown madness as he come to me, he also did wonderful job from beginning til the end. You can tell he had passions in his work and wants to do quality work. The finished of the car came out beautiful. i also used his carwash business on the same day he came to fix the car , Jai and his friend did wonderful job on both. what surprised me more was their respectful attitude and dedications toward their hard work. Don't be so quick to judge, they are quite respectful young fellas who just seek opportunity, judge them by the work they deliver. Upon arriving to have my truck washed, I accepted an upsell from your sales representative for additional services, including treatment for the trim and seats. While waiting, I observed a detailing staff member behaving in a manner that appeared pressure-oriented toward customers regarding tips. While I initially paid little mind to this, it became a direct issue once my vehicle was completed. Before tipping, I inspected the front of my truck and found remaining bug residue on the body and trim. When I requested that this be addressed, the attendant made only a minimal effort--leaving several spots unresolved, so I had to clean portions myself. Despite the incomplete service, I still provided a gratuity. In response, the employee expressed clear displeasure, implying the amount was insufficient. Gratuity is meant to acknowledge exceptional service, not to be treated as a mandatory requirement--especially when basic detailing standards are missed. Given the incomplete work, a tip was not warranted. If aggressive tipping expectations and substandard quality control continue to be tolerated, I will take my business elsewhere in the future. I trust you will address these concerns with your staff promptly.
