As for atmosphere, expect lots of unsupervised children running amok while patrons shatter glasses. We cut our visit even shorter than usual because one bartender kept interjecting in a voice so loud that it literally startled us each time he made chit-chat with other patrons. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. Now the highlight, I absolutely love the drinks. I have a little kids tastebuds when it comes to alcohol, so I loved all the sweet options. Of the one we tried this time, my favorite were the Post Watermalone and the T.L.C. They taste like juice, which is what I prefer. They have a wide selection that offer different tastes for everyone. Besides the fresh on tap drinks, they also have the 16-oz can for take home. Personally, I love their drinks and would definitely come back occasionally, since it's a bit of a drive for me. They currently have a regular soju, base makgeolli, horchata makgeolli, and coffee makgeolli. They give free samples of all their drinks, and you aren't pressured to buy at all. However, my group ended up buying multiples of everything so you probably will too! Tenny and Jaemo were super friendly. They explained the whole story behind the drinks and the establishment, and answered random questions about Korean alcohol traditions. Beware that you might need to come back to purchase the makgeolli later since they need to be kept cold. Or they sell cold bags if you have elsewhere to be. I'm not in this area often but it might be a new staple for whenever I'm in town! They're currently in "take out" mode only for their bottles, but are actively working to become a full service bar. We were treated to a live DJ while treating ourselves to good beer and good bevs. The Capo West Coast IPA is solid, but the Capo Hazy IPA blew me away. We 10 to 16oz pours, but a pitcher of this would've gone well with our crew of five. Lots of great eats nearby to balance it all out. The service was attentive and the crowd was abundant on a Friday night. Capo Craft is open from 11am - 11pm on Saturdays as well as Fridays and from 11am to 9pm Sunday through Thursday. We stayed until closed and shut it down. Mexi Cali Negroni, Mission Margarita, and their Painted Hills (Plata Tequila meets Elderflower Liqueur, Aperol and Agave) all caught my eye.
