Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. Then she says whoever she was talking to on the phone..." Oh...customers just walked in" when the customers had literally been standing there already watching her. This is unprofessional ..customers were not a priority at all. The wait itself wasn't the issue, it was more the fact that she didn't seem to care.
