I called 3 whole house water companies, and Diamond Pure was very responsive. Oscar gave me quotes…read morevia text within minutes of our verbal call. He came out to our home to determine if the house had separate lines for the house and the yard, (in which case it does). He also determined the house used to have a system and told me it would be a reletvely easy install as the regeneration waste drain was right on the other side of the wall of the garage where the soft water and chlorine filter tanks will sit. I also got a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A tech came out to install that. That took 30 minutes. Another tech was scheduled to install the garage tanks, but could not make it. Oscar kept the schedule promise and came out himself for the scheduled time and happily installed the system. What a fantastic team to keep the scheduled install and have the Sales Person, Oscar, come out to do the install, even though he has "retired" from installs and moved into sales. Everything was installed with professionalism and cleanly done. I had a lot of question for Oscar during the install, and he took the time to answer them.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me all the information I needed, and answered every question I had without making the process feel rushed or pressured. I spent a good amount of time researching different water softener systems because I wanted to make sure I was getting the best system for my money. After comparing several options, I decided to go with Diamond Pure, and I'm really glad I did. The installation process was smooth, quick, and very professional. The technician showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed correctly. He also walked me through how the system works and answered all my questions so I would know what to do if anything ever came up. What I really like is how simple and easy the system is to understand and maintain. Overall, the entire experience from getting information, to purchasing, to installation was excellent. I highly recommend Diamond Pure to anyone looking for a reliable water softener system and great customer service.

Then I found Miguel from Polar Water, and I'm so glad I did! Right away, he actually asked me what was wrong with my current system and why I was looking to replace it especially since it was only a few years old. No one else even bothered to ask. We talked about a new system, but instead of just selling me something, he actually checked mine out first. Turns out, it wasn't broken at all just a clogged brine tank. He cleaned it out, replaced a water line, and got everything working again. Super honest, super professional, and didn't try to take advantage of me like the other companies did. If you want someone who actually cares and won't just sell you something you don't need, call Polar Water!

He helped me understand every step of the process and was so accommodating in every way. I feel like he puts in a high quality product for a reasonable price and he'll help them service it, when the time comes. He even gave us a choice about the color of the new spout! My daughter just that Miguel was also able to route their fridge water through the new system as well. Wow, I wasn't expecting that bonus, I'm so pleased! What a great guy and a superb local business!

I originally felt excited about the opportunity when I was contacted by Asher Hudson about the position. However, communication quickly became very inconsistent. It was often difficult to get a response when I had questions, yet during the Zoom meeting he was answering other phone calls while the training was happening. One thing that also made me uncomfortable was being told that if I didn't have my Social Security card available, I wouldn't be allowed to access the meeting or continue with the process. That felt strange for what was supposed to be an initial training meeting. Looking back, it made me feel like I was being pushed to provide personal information right away before even really understanding the job. On the training day, I was actually the only trainee who showed up in person while everyone else attended through Zoom. You would think that being there in person would mean receiving more hands-on training, but that wasn't the case. The trainer repeatedly walked out of the room and mostly just told everyone to keep practicing the script instead of actually helping us learn it. One moment that stood out to me was when another trainee who was struggling to form full sentences in English was told she was doing great. But when I made a small mistake while practicing the script, I was immediately told that I "wasn't ready" and was asked to clock out. It felt very inconsistent and confusing, especially since we were all still learning. The script itself was also uncomfortable to perform. Trainees are expected to approach random people at Home Depot and say that they are doing "free water testing" and that they will receive a Home Depot gift card for giving their comments. From what I understood, the goal is to collect people's information so someone from another area can later come to their home to test their water. The gift card felt more like a tactic to get people to agree rather than something that was clearly explained upfront. Another concerning moment was hearing someone in another room loudly cussing on the phone and saying that he had "messed around." That kind of environment during a training session didn't feel professional at all. Overall, the training process felt rushed, disorganized, and misleading. I left feeling confused about the expectations and disappointed with how the situation was handled. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working here ask very detailed questions about the actual job duties and training process before accepting a position!!
