In addition, I'm not convinced all their personnel are fully trained. The front office staff/hygienists are friendly. No issues there. However, last year I was encouraged to have a crown put in. The procedure was done in one appointment. After moving away and finding another dentist this year, it was revealed in a subsequent exam that the Perry crown was badly botched. (See attached exam image.) The crown edges were not fitted/cemented thoroughly, allowing for food substances to collect in the gaps. The crown now needs to be replaced, and repair work has to be done on that tooth. My partner was also encourage to have a crown put in due to a hairline fissure in her molar. Upon review at out current dentist, no fissure was noted and no crown was recommended.

I never truly had a good experience at the dentists office. When I recently moved to the area, I decided it was time to find a new dentist. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, all the way to meeting Dr. Platt, everyone was beyond kind and caring! They were so helpful! The dental assistant Lori & my dentist Dr. Platt truly changed my mind about going to the dentist! They made me feel extremely comfortable AND they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what is really going on. I cannot say how happy I am to be a patient of Dr. Platt, 500 star rating for me!

I made the appointment at the recommendation of my niece who had been seeing Dr. Millett for years and loves him. I learned while making the appointment that Dr. Millett does the Business portion of the practice and no longer practices dentistry. I had an appointment today at 11:40 AM and arrived at 11:20 in order to fill out the paperwork. I was seen at 12 PM and had x-rays but a very professional dental hygienist by the name of Frankie and then I met Dr. Fiect Who examined me, stated that I needed all types of dental work and then said he had no time today to fix my Loose bridge. I insisted that the reason I attended today was because I was medically concerned about it. Because I pressed, he attempted to remove my bridge and then informed me that he would not be able to do so without damaging all the teeth around it. He then asked me if it made me feel any better he could give me antibiotics between now and my next visit if I was concerned about infection. Then I was told that they did not have time to clean my teeth today. I've never had this experience in my entire life. I quickly called my former dentist and made an appointment for Monday morning at 8 AM in order to address my medical concern, and then I filed a formal complaint. Something is seriously wrong there and I informed, my niece that Dr. Millett is no longer the acting dentist.

I followed each step of their process, including an initial cleaning, xrays, a fitting appt, and an additional cleanings - all separate visits they required before moving forward. On the day of that appointment, I encountered unexpected traffic and called ahead to let the office know I would be approximately 15-20 minutes late. I was told that was not a problem and was rescheduled for another time that same day. However, shortly afterward, I was informed that the practice no longer wished to have me as a patient. This was extremely surprising and disappointing. I was told I would receive a referral to another provider, but I never received any follow-up communication. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication after my dismissal from the practice. I had to send multiple emails requesting my dental records before receiving a response. When I finally did hear back, there was no acknowledgment of my questions, no explanation regarding my treatment status, no referral information, and no guidance on next steps. The response consisted only of a code to access my records. There was no discussion of continuity of care or any clear exit plan to help me transition to another provider. As a result, I am now forced to start the entire process over with a new provider after investing significant time and effort into meeting Elite Dental's requirements. I trusted this practice with my care and was committed to moving forward with treatment. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled felt unprofessional, lacked basic patient communication, and left me without the treatment plan I had spent months working toward. Up until this last week, I was planning to recommend this practice a friend. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice

Still scheduled to go in, so this review might change depending on the practice. But at this point, I'm going to look somewhere else that will uphold my appointment. Very helpful receptionist though. Edit: this place is very good. From the moment you step in until you leave, you feel taken care of. They will let you know upfront how much it will cost you with your insurance. The wait time is minimum. The chair has a heater and the massager! The hygienists are super nice and explain every steps. The doctor came and explained every and definitely try to find ways you can save money. And as you leave, they explain how much your future appointments will cost which was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend to others

Apparently the office if you have moved appointments prior ( I changed three appointments over three years, never no showed and always showed up) that you must get dropped from the practice.. I tested positive for Covid today and called at 8 AM to reschedule. Apparently, if I did that I would be dropped from the practice. I had proof of a positive test, and they said it was OK to still come in. That the hygienist will be masked up for the service anyways. Didn't Covid kill a bunch of people? how insane.
