Got a call from Toveh about an hour before the 3pm massage appointment that she had to cancel because she had a headache. I realize things come up, but it was still frustrating and I feel like she could have called me that morning, not right before the appointment. Luckily scheduled a last minute appointment for my wife somewhere else, but it was annoying to have put so much time into planning a day to receive call an hour before that I had to reschedule.

This was unfortunate timing because I was just about to be deployed with the military and was really hoping for some relaxation prior to going however, the manager assured me he would honor my certificate when I returned. I returned from my deployment and called multiple times to schedule a massage but have not been called back at all. At this point I'm just giving up and I guess the certificate I received as a gift is a loss. I would not recommend this place at all and I am currently considering action through the Better Business Bureau.

Location is very clean, neat and modern. One thing I will note is that most of the technicians spoke english while in our presence, which we felt was respectful.
