A real gem. Brick oven pizza, done right. Prices are reasonable. It is true it is located in residential district far from the resorts in Puerto Penasco. To me, this is part of the attraction, it is not overrun with your average tourists. Definitely worth the drive off the main road - it's on a dirt road in a neighborhood - look for his small sign On the north side of the road. Just a 1 man shop (he speaks great English). I'm reluctant to tell you about Ray's. It's a really awesome place. Now you're all going to go and I will have to wait in line. The service is excellent, and the pizzas come out pretty quickly. This is not Mexican pizza. This is pizza that you would expect to get in New York or Philadelphia. Being from the east coast I highly recommend this NY style, wood fired pizza. Sauce was tasty and crust was thin. It's not easy to find, super glad we drove around looking for it. Ignacio and His wife Susan who run this place named after one of their sons, were nice and friendly. Ignacio also speaks good English.
