They immediately came back out to assess the rebuild. The technician, Brandon, was outstanding -- professional, knowledgeable, and quick to identify the problem. He evaluated the system and concluded right away that the valve needed to be replaced. Shortly after, I was contacted directly by the owner. He apologized for the situation and assured me that he would personally order the replacement part, have it delivered, and have it installed. This is the true value of outstanding customer service -- taking responsibility and making things right. This is exactly what customer service should be. I am updating my rating to 4 stars pending completion of the repair. Once the part is installed and the system is functioning properly, I will follow up with an updated review.
