We First called a company who came out (rymes with "one day septic") and did the old bait and switch on us and the quote that they gave us over the phone was at the highest $585, but after they came out and got everything opened up they then said that it was overfilled and more than their truck could handle and also that I needed a new filter in the cost was going to be well over $1,200 - essentially double the price that they quoted us on the phone. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I would recommend this service 10 out of 10 times. Troy was on time and pumped my septic in under an hour. He initially quoted me on a 1500 gallon tank at first because I thought it was 1500 gallon tank. As he was pumping he realized it was a 1000 gallon tank and adjusted the price accordingly. When is the last time you had your septic tank pumped and the service left your yard looking as if they had never been there? (never for me...until....) Now! Papa's (Troy) is the best. In addition to being meticulous, Troy saved us thousands by correcting the mis-diagnosis of another, much bigger service! They determined a new drain field was needed and reported me to Cobb County...but Papa's, determined the filter being used was no longer filtering and removed it, and levels immediately corrected. He pumped the tank and it almost looked "too clean", not that that is possible. All this as the fairest price I've seen.
