I'm glad I have my COVID vaccine already otherwise I would've gotten tested immediately afterwards. Every time I get something performed and give them my insurance they still have issues billing. It never fails, and have learned to always expect a bill from them and to have to call and correct this. The front desk was not very friendly, I stood there for probably 15 minutes before someone actually acknowledged me and asked me to wait a little longer. After going through all the pages on the questionnaire and filling out the paperwork, I was asked to wait to be called in. I know there is always a wait when going to any kind of medical facility; but I waited approximately 1 hour, from the time I checked in, which was 1230 pm to the time I actually got my ultrasound. I have been getting this same ultrasound for years, this was the shortest amount of time taken to complete the ultrasound (approximately 15 minutes). In all honesty if I should have read the reviews before making the appointment because they are very accurate. To make matter worse, I just read an article about their diagnostic mammograms not meeting the FDA standards which is quite worrisome. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

To make up for it the lady that helped us got my son some stickers and both of us a lead vest to protect what wasn't being x-rayed. Oddly, we didn't get one to wear the last visit, hmmm... It took two tries this time to get the shot but I can't blame it on the tech but my 15 month old! The first visit there was some confusion about whether or not his results were called in to my doc. The doctor said they didn't get them, the lab said they sent them right away. No problems the second time with delivery because I hand delivered them.

My check-in to departure of the Imaging Center only took about 15-20 minutes of my time. Everyone was courteous and professional. If only every medical visit could be this good!
