I just left there. I am a large guy and a bit claustrophobic. I didn't really know that I had a problem with tight spaces until I tried to get into a closed MRI machine three days ago and had a small panic attack. The CDI attendant, Jenna was incredibly understanding and helpful. At the time, she suggested I try an open MRI like they have at the CDI in Woburn. So I booked my appointment. I went today to my appointment, and the tech is again Jenna. She apparently works at both locations. She was again very patient and helpful. She understood my issue with space. Today she had a student with her name Chris. After they started the first image in the open MRI (open is a misnomer- it's still a tight space and an awkward situation to be on that machine. Once the first image began, I was again having a small panic situation so Jenna stopped and came in to talk with me. Chris offered to stay in the room and talk with me between images. This really helped. I made it through the six images. Both Jenna and Chris are not just nice and patient, they are KIND and that seems to be something that you don't find often enough these days. I can't thank them enough. Also, the cost of this seems to be a good value. The staff at the reception desk is also great. They make the whole experience easy and as low stress as possible. Let's face it, you get an MRI because you've got something going on and it's usually a stressful time. It's great to find a place that cares about making the process as easy and low stress as possible. I hope to not need an MRI again anytime soon, but if I do, I will be going back to CDI and I hope to have Jenna or Chris there helping me out. read more

I had a terrible experience at Rayus in Woburn. When I checked in for my MRI, they wanted to charge $255 but my insurance plan covered it 100%. I understand mistakes happen which is why I had my insurance company call Rayus the day before to let them know my MRI is fully covered and they provided a billing code. The Rayus employee said she'd update my ins coverage in their system. I followed up and also called Rayus a day ahead to confirm she knew my insurance covered MRIs 100%. But when I arrived at Rayus, they would not give me an MRI and insisted on charging $255. I called my insurance on the spot and put them on speaker. They informed Rayus my MRI was indeed covered 100%. They provided a billing code and timestamp from the call the day before. After I resolved the billing mixup, the Rayus employee said they never received a call from me or my insurance the day before. She lied. Then she said they were running 10 minutes behind and I had to reschedule. Since they caused the delay, I was stunned Rayus took no responsibility; forget an apology, they punished me by cancelling my appointment! I pleaded to keep my appointment because rescheduling meant a 2 week delay of a vital diagnostic test! I missed work for this MRI and the waiting room was empty but she didn't care at all. She callously and sarcastically said I could take my complaint up with her manager, Tami Cyr. That's what I'm doing. read more

I arrived at West Cummings Park today, and even though I had previously had images taken at the center, I was unable to locate which specific building within W. Cummings Park, it was in. The traffic was fierce and the gigantic parking lot was full, with the buildings setback from the road. I called their office to merely receive directions to their building. EMMA picked up the phone. I asked her my question and she yelled, "DON'T GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE!" I thought I was hearing things and asked her what she said. She then said, "YOU WERE YELLING!" I was not, however, I was on my cell in a very busy area outside. I did not respond to her. Needless to say, I was shocked to hear the RUDENESS COMING FROM A "CLERK" TOWARD A PATIENT! I turned around and returned home immediately. Social media will be warned about the LACK OF CIVILITY WITHIN this HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT. STAY AWAY FROM C.D.I. Very professional team. They worked well together. The room I was in had new MRI diagnostic equipment. Price was lower than Shields MRI. It was the main reason for me going since I have a high deductible. read more

I have had previous MRIs at CDI several yrs ago & were always satisfied with the timely kept appointments, how I was treated and the results. I went to a hospital for the MRI and it was difficult booking a convenient time and felt that they were just rushing the procedure to get to the next. I requested going to CDI as I had been satisfied in the past. the whole experience was terrific from entering and leaving. I was so comfortable I could have falling asleep during some of the procedure & enjoyed the music too. I choose to go there even though it meant 1 1/2 hr ride from NH. Highly recommend CDI!! read more

The location is very convenient. They had an early morning appointment to accommodate me. They also have an open MRI. They provide earphones with music and you can bring in someone with you to sit next to you while having the image. It was very streamlined and the tech was friendly and made sure I was extremely comfortable. I would strongly recommend CDI read more

Reasonably priced and efficient. CDI makes you feel totally at home and it was a pleasure to have an MRI done there. They do everything to insure you are comfortable and relaxed. Don't bother with overpriced hospitals. They send your results to the doctor, you get a copy, and the online portal makes it all convenient. The results are up there as well. read more

I went to go see Dr. Fullerton for an EMG to detect carpal tunnel today. He walked into the room without even looking up or introducing himself. When I tried to say hello, he's said he had to finish typing up something first. The nurse (who was a sweetheart), myself, and my mother had told him how nervous I was about getting the test done. As he set up, I told him that I was going to vomit and that I felt sick, but he brushed it off by nonchalantly telling his nurse to go get a bucket. Then, as he started the test, I was so nervous that I started crying. Not a little sniffle, but I was sobbing. He completely ignored that and kept doing his test. My mother, who was standing at the end of the table, was trying to comfort me by telling me that it was going to be over soon. He scoffed her and said, "Oh no it's not." The test kept going and I was still crying. He then said, "Now, if you hated the shocks, you're going to hate the needles!" And proceeded with the test. He didn't tell me what the test was. He made me feel so uncomfortable and insignificant. At the end of the test, he said that it came up normal, but I could be one of the 5% of people with carpal tunnel who's results don't show up as a positive. He then said that we should do a cortisone shot right then and there. I was unable to speak at this point, so my mother said that no, her child would not be getting a cortisone shot for something that didn't show up on the EMG. Dr. Fullerton replied with, "What is your degree in again?" My mother replied, "Biomechanics. I did EMGs for my graduate research." He then belittled my mother and our questions and left. Don't go to this man. He is not a professional. He may have a medical degree, however his bedside manner and his desire to medicate before discovering the problem is reminiscent of a fool. read more
