The flavor profiles burst on your palate where there is no mistaking which Gelato you are eating. The Creme Brule and Mango I had were absolutely delicious. The owner who was working behind the counter is sooo friendly and very gracious in letting you have multiple free tasting while trying to decide which Gelato to get. Very difficult decision as everything I tried was so good and quite delicious. The business itself has a modest footprint with limited seating for indoor dining, I can see as the summer months approach that this place will definately get busy as a quality treat like this is hard to pass up. This place was already fairly full on a cooler mid March nite. If you are in this area and are a fan of fine Gelato this is a business not to be missed.

Cute gelato place just a few miles from home. I've thought about trying it for years but finally…read moredid tonight. The two people working were very sweet. They allowed me to taste flavors before buying and they were friendly. I got a large gelato in waffle bowl to share with my daughter. We got three flavors in it. A coffee one, a cookie butter one, and a banana flavor. It was enjoyable and flavorful. That said, it tasted far more like ice cream than gelato. It was pretty pricey as well. My best experience with gelato was in Rome. No surprise. But I've also had a close second in both Aventura Florida and Puerto Rico at a place called Anita's. This wasn't even close to that experience (which is probably a good thing for my wallet and waist). But I did like Frozone and would come back. Great service. I can tell they take pride in what they do.

I understand employees may be busy, so that wasn't my concern. What bothered me was the customer service that followed. I asked for a small Berries Delight and pointed to the individual desserts on the left. Instead, the young man assisting me went to the cakes on the right and attempted to hand me a small cake. I politely stopped him and explained that I wanted the personal-sized Berries Delight on the left. He responded by saying, "Those are called slices," in a tone that came across as rude and condescending. I then asked if I could have a fresh one from the refrigerator because the one in the display case looked like it had been sitting there for a while. He insisted the display one was fine, but I repeated that I would prefer one from the refrigerator. He reluctantly got one and handed it to me, saying, "There's your fresh Berries Delight," in a sarcastic tone. I visit Sweet Dreams regularly--between this location and the previous one, I stop in about four times a month. I've always enjoyed your desserts, which is why this experience was so surprising. I've never been treated this way before. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the quality of customer service should match the quality of your products.
