I don't normally review businesses but this place was so bad I am writing this as a warning. Went in to get a taper fade and the barber completely fucked up my hair. Patchy, completely uneven, he literally tried to send me off with a haircut that looked unfinished, not to mention after telling him to take off half inch from the top using scissors and comb, he instead grabbed the electric clippers and took off 2 inches from the top!! He also used a chunky comb to fade my sides which is done w an electric razor!! (My friend is a barber so I know this) on top of that, the barber looked faded af and I knew I was fucked when one of the fellow barbers brought him a can of beer like bro wtf why are you drinking on the job?? The haircut was so bad I had to go spend another 40$ to go get it fixed w another barber. It's infuriating that this establishment will hire a "barber" without any proper training or skill, if I could give this place less than one star I would......def not returning. read more

I love this little shop. Right before you hit the downtown district is this quant lil shop. The staff is friendly and nice, my boyfriend got his hair cut once there and has been going there ever since. They always have the tv going on sports or something interesting. And they play music every once in awhile. It seems like there friends hang out here so sometimes thats a downer cause it takes frim the professional aspect of the place. Got a haircut by Raul and the cut was nice, but I ended up having barber's rash on the back of my head which meant he doesn't clean his clippers (cleanliness issue). I decided to give him another chance so I texted him to schedule an appointment for last saturday. Called on a Sunday and let them I was coming. They said it was all good and that they close at 5PM. Place closes at 5PM on Sunday. I got there at 4:30. Place was closing and Didn't want to take me.... why advertise 5PM if you close at 4:30 while barbers were on there cell phones scrolling through social media. Rude and unprofessional. I recently got my hair cut at this place and I could honestly say it was not worth the $15.00 because the wait time was really long about 45 mins. The gentleman who cut my hair needed to clean his Razors because during cutting I felt a burning sensation ,which bugged the hell out of me the whole day. I waited 45 minutes to get seated. ONE hour from start to finish on my cut. A fade with trim on top. One hour !!!! $15.00. These guys are really good at what they do. If I'm in the need for a haircut and I'm in the Inland Empire, I come here to see Tony, he's been very consistent and really does his best. Just walk in and wait, and THEY will call you up.... I got called up before a guy that came before me! Unprofessional. Honestly, it's a common theme among a lot of barbershops nowadays... This new generation of barbers are talented, BUT, know nothing about customer service, or REALLY making the most out of their business. No one greeted me. No one talked to me. Loud gangsta rap music. No problem with music, but I came to get a fade, not be up in the club, so turn it down. They take a while to cut, but they are paying attention to detail. They don't talk to you during your haircut. I know some people like to talk during their cut, and you won't find that here. I don't care personally Would come here again, if in the area, and when I walk in, its kinda empty. Unfortunately this place needs to become more professional in order to be successful. They lack in every aspect of running a business in my opinion. My first time I called they said no one was in line (best part never have to wait)I told them I was ON the way. I literally live around the corner when I got there i found out they only accept cash, should've said that over the phone but I should've known. I had to go to an ATM across the st.When I came back they had closed to go eat lunch, about an hour later I came back the cut was ok for the 25$ price. I also had to remind them to line up the mustache after they finished each time I got a cut. 2nd time I went the barber left his customer in his chair in the middle of a hair cut while he answered his phone outside, came back 10 minutes later saying he had family problems. Another time I was standing outside their shop waiting for them to open at 10am i called and text the number online no one answered. I later got a response back 1hr later in text they finally were open. I had already went somewhere else and got a cut next door. The last time I went my hair cut was double the price and hair was a mess they tried to charge me 70$ and then brought it down to 50$. Needless to say i will never come back to this establishment. This place was great! I live in fontana and I was passing by, so I stopped to get a hair cut and a shave. Great comfortable atmosphere, the ambulance was nice.
