I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations. I was skeptical about buying used farm equipment but after working with these professionals, I know I made the right decision to trust WCTractor -Temple. Fortunately the machine was still acting up so the shop could see exactly what the problem was. Turned out the machine needed a different bobbin, and they also showed her the correct way to thread the machine. Since she has been sewing heavier material and doeskin, they also suggested a "walking foot" to make the task easier. The only charge was for the walking foot, they didn't charge anything for getting the machine going and showing her how to use it. Lot's cheaper than buying a new machine!
