Idk, I ended up with an ok haircut but not really the one I asked for. Probably more of a communication issue but idk what I did. The pictures I had were of longer curly hair and we kept talking about how good my hair looked here and there like how long it was in the back and I felt like we were on the same page but then what we talked about would get cut off. I have a lot of hair, and I had yet to find a stylist who can cut it where it doesn't look choppy and weird. Until I found Tricia! She's amazing, rather than just giving me the layered hair style I found on Pinterest she really studied my hair type and suggested a few edits. It came out absolutely perfect. Like I said before, whenever I get layers they usually look like they've been hacked by a gardening shears. Tricia really took the time to cut my hair properly(for my hair type) and now I can wear it straight or curled without it looking choppy. She also helped find a style that works with my cowlicks and made sure it was a style that would work with my daily life. Plus, she's a sweetheart and is very easy to talk to! If you're looking for a stylist who will take the time to make sure your hairstyle will work with your hair type then Tricia is your gal! The salon is up to date and is very inviting. Michelle Ragains is my stylist. She is incredible! I've been growing out an absolutely awful haircut done by a different stylist at a different salon, and Michelle has made the most out of it for me! It is downright amazing what she did to fix my very short hair. She used to cut my and my husband's hair back at Kwik Kuts, and she still remembers both of us from years ago. I went to get my hair done for the first time. Michelle did a wonderful job. I have long hair and for the very first time I left a salon with volume in my hair without having a ton of product in it. She trimmed the split ends and took her time to blow my hair out with a large round brush and it looked awesome. Then she added soft curls with the curling iron and I left the salon with bouncy hair with lots of volume. I am a huge fan now and highly recommend the place. read more

I made an appointment online about a week ago, and was excited to get my hair done today. However, about ONE HOUR before my appointment, Alyssa called me and told me that my color consultation and actual hair appointment were backwards and therefore could not do my hair today. She also said that she only dyes hair darker, not lighter like I requested. Um, what? Ok, then. If I did my job like this, people would die. I do not do much with my hair since I am a waitress and just put my hair up, so I'm not exactly credible when it comes to knowing what is great with hair. However, I felt a need for change on the day of my birthday, and just walked in and asked if they had time to dye my hair and a hair cut. Terrible experience. They may give good haircuts, I wouldn't know I never made it that far. I called a day before and made an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment, no one was up front, they were kind of busy so I just saw myself. I waited about 10 minutes until the hairdresser with braces came up and ask if I had an appointment, not if I needed help. More of a snarky, what are you doing. I told her I made an appointment and gave her all my information, she look in there system and said I was no record of me. She then went on to tell me they could not help me. She was rude, had no patience and has terrible customer service. She acted like she hated her life, her face and body language was came off very aggressive. I wouldn't want anyone like that cutting my hair, so I left and went down the street to whiskeytown barber shop. They took me without an appointment, I only waited 5 minutes, I got a beer while I got an amazing haircut. Okay so it has been a while since I been to a salon and it really showed. First off I used their online scheduling and that was a breeze. It told the price, time and you can pick who you want. I was lucky to get Michelle who is a wonderful stylist. I can honestly imagine what she was thinking when she saw me walk in with my coppery hair asking for a new do. LOL but anyways the salon is very clean and the staff is extremely personable and friendly. Michelle was very knowledgeable and honest with what she can do and how she could fix my unruly mane. In the end she transformed me and now I have a workable style that I love. Finally some style in redding. First off it was easy to find, which was something that was big for me since I am new to the area. It has very cool and edgy photos up, was very clean, I was able to get cut right away even though I didn't make an appointment (which I found out you do online- very cool!!) Joanna was my available and cut my hair. I didn't know what I wanted so she told me what would work well for my hair! I loved working with Joanna. I had my first appointment here this morning to get my hair dyed and cut so I was incredibly nervous! I went from a blonde to a medium chocolate brown and it came absolutely beautiful and perfect!!
