I cannot speak for the quality of service but I can offer feedback on the customer service. I made an appointment, took time off work, and showed up on time. I was told the person making the appointment made a mistake and put me on the following month. I was told there was no opening for another week. She said "I am sorry but there is nothing I can do for you." When I explained to her that I took time off work and was unable to do that a second time, she just replied "sorry." I then asked her if anything is done for the client when this sort of incidence occurs (she said it is not the first time this has happened)? She said she can only offer a discount on product. Wow! If I was a salon owner, I would be going above and beyond to keep my clients. I would be taking my name and number if necessary and calling my stylists to try to get the client taken care of that day and offering a discount on services. At $120 for 2 hours plus tip there is wiggle room to keep your clients happy. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I was able to book my appt online the day before my visit with a very good hair color expert. Friendly staff, attentive to your needs & concerns. No complaints. Even the regular customers were calm & pleasing. I will return for my next hair appointment HERE! Also, they don't try to up-sell you on any products, the price are all displayed clearly on the scheduling page. You can request a particular stylist or select any and they will select the soonest available for the date you want. I chose any for my 1st visit & Jen was great. Joanna Shea is my hairstylist and I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. She really listens to her clients and will do exactly what you ask her to do. She is AMAZING at what she does. I have never had a hairstylist that I have stuck with, until I met her. Her prices are affordable too. For the salon, I absolutely LOVE the online scheduling appointment system. Very convenient and sends reminders which I appreciate. The salon is clean and the other ladies that I have talked to are really nice and engaging. read more

Tricia was amazing! I'd never had my hair professionally colored and after 10+ years of bottle red hair color I wanted to change it up to something light and bright and a little wild.
