I went in yesterday for the first time so they could fix a bad haircut that I got earlier that day. Everything was going fine until the barber suggested a different style than what I had originally planned. I trusted her and that turned out to be a huge mistake. She told me an undercut would look great on me. She gave me an undercut and now I look like a Troll doll. I am so embarrassed of my haircut and there is literally no way to fix it. I am forced to constantly wear a hat now and it is becoming a problem at work. It may be partially my fault because I told her she could do it but I really wish her professional opinion would've been not to give me this cut instead of telling me it would look great on me. I really do not know what I am going to do with this embarrassing haircut, nobody takes me seriously with it. I regret ever walking into this place. read more

Dennis W. Shhh; it's a secrect. There is a Man's Barber Shop on Thousand Oaks Blvd, with a parking lot off of the street(a real benefit these days). They take appointments or walk-ins. I walked in and the owner and I made arrangements for me to return in an hour. How perfect is that? I ran an errand, returned in one hour, was offered a beverage on the house and a seat immediately. No car dings from street parking; very accommodating staff of two, fair prices, personalized service., and a very nice haircut. 5 stars!. read more

Thank you, BOGOPOD & Razor's Edge. Happy Wife, Happy Life. I finally got a haircut that my wife likes. Usually her reaction is something along the lines of "Did you go to the Braille Institute to get your haircut?" This time, I used my BOGOPOD certificate and was able to get a same-day, lunch-time appointment. I liked that the shop did not smell like hair chemicals and that I was able to enjoy a cold beverage and watch ESPN while getting my haircut. Ramsey is not only a barber but an artist. His ability to cut hair with the latest style is second to none. He has an eye for innovative hairstyles and I haven't got to his personality yet. In Ramsey's chair you are greeted with good conversation and lots of laughter. The hospitality in the shop reminds me of the comfort in my home. I have been going here for a year. They take great care of me, I often just walk in without an appointment. My hair is healthy and looks great. Nedra always cuts it perfectly.
