Worst experience ever! Got there early without an appointment and it was empty some dominican barber was free so they told him to take me. I proceeded to to show him a picture of what my son wanted thinking he knew what he was doing. I sat back to wait because I didn't want to be hovering all over and be annoying. When he finished i saw my kids hair looked nothing like the picture it was a hot mess not only that but he had scratches burnt and blood which he said would go away later!!! Hello?? I paid and left because there was nothing else to do the damaged was already done. I spent $40 on a mess of a haircut and a kid crying in pain because he didn't know how to do his job and cut him badly and ruin his hair. Do not recommend this place at all super irresponsible to have someone working and not knowing what they are doing at all. read more

Ruben is absolutely amazing. I'm new to him (2nd visit today). First time I walked in and didn't even sit before greeted me and when I said I had no one, he immediately took care of me. I was with my last barber for years so it wasn't easy to explain my haircut (I'm used to walking in and sitting). After showing him a video, he instantly knew and got it just right. I fell asleep in the chair and both times and so far it has been an amazing experience! This place is extremely clean and we'll maintained as well. You can tell the staff care about their spaces. This was my second time here. For some reason I signed in on there waiting list to be called and I was never called. I am not a Latin man and everyone was being called and I was getting skipped. I kept my mouth shut and kept on waiting. They really do nice hair cuts here but if you are not Spanish and don't understand the language go somewhere else. Very sad read more

Took my son to get a haircut. The place was empty hardly any barbers (should have been a sign). This barber second seat left side completely butchered my sons hair. I just moved here to Orlando and I am really trying to get a new hair style. I came from the north east and only went to one barber. I haven't been going every two weeks like I did for year prior to the last three years but I would always go to the same barber when i needed a good fade for any occasion. I went to the old school barber with the black and white TV kind of atmosphere. When I first walked in the place seemed pretty inviting. It is Dominantly Hispanic (so a lot of Spanish was being used) and they actually had a small child hanging around with all the barbers. Which was cool to me had a family vibe to it. But overall it was clean besides the hair on the ground. It was new and looked like everyone really just enjoyed there job. I walked in and sat right down (1pm). I had barber Ruben. He asked me what I wanted (don't worry in fluent English) I told him I'm pretty much, ready for a new hair style (showed him a picture) and said I need to let my hair grow out more so this was just a maintenance haircut. I told him I needed a fade. He actually started out on the phone and using one had. I was in straight panic mode. Already thinking this man is going to mess me all up. He just did the edges and got of the phone. Redemption time, let me tell you when I say I've never had this much detail put into my fade I mean it. He was pretty much doing just half my head and took as long as a full hair cut. Using all types of razors, clips, straight razor and a horse hair brush to straighten out the hair. Just for this fade. I couldn't believe it. This really was a great 1st experience. read more

An hour after sitting in the waiting area, I doublechecked with the barber and found out it was going to be an additional 50 minutes on top of the hour. I sat down with a guy who had a grey hat on and a bunch of tats and told him I don't usually go to other barber shops but that I just didn't have time to make it to my usual and I still needed a cut. I told him I wanted a shape up and to take a little bit off the top And if he could also just trim the sides but not too much. he told me he was going to use the number two guard, I said ok and he began the shape up. Instead of telling me up front this policy of "as soon as the clippers come on, that's a cut" up front he decided to wait until the end to tell me the shape up was $17 when I asked why he then told me I got a full haircut when all I had asked for was a shape up, he then continued to argue with me telling me I was disrespecting him and his work making the situation personal (which clearly wasn't the case) another barber stepped in and went over the policy in a more respectful way rather than just yell that I was disrespecting him for clarifying what I was paying for and why the price was $17. In the end I told him that I know what I said and to continue to argue with me is ridiculous, this barber clearly has ZERO customer service skills which is the exact reason as to why I'll never step foot in that barbershop again, good luck to whoever decides to get a cut here. read more

My usual barber shop closes at 3pm on Sunday, and I needed to get a cut after 3pm due to other appointments, so I thought I'd give this place a try. I hit the jackpot! The guy who cut my hair actually gave me a better cut than my regular barber - needless to say, I'll be coming back. The shop itself was well-kept and clean and the prices are really good too. My barber was personable and meticulous. I did have to wait about 45 mins before I got in a chair, but being that I showed up w/o an appointment 2 hrs before close, that's on me. While waiting, I did observe that all the barbers working today were really focused on their client's hair and not the clock. I mean not one single barber was rushing to go home. You know that moment after you leave the shop, get in your car, open the sun visor vanity mirror, and privately validate your cut - well today was one of those times when I thought about going back into the shop to give my barber a bigger tip because the cut was so tight. I highly recommend trying this place. 2 more things I should mention: 1: They have WiFi, but you need to ask for the password 2: Bring cash, they don't take credit cards. read more

Awesome place. Friendly staff. I usually hesitate to go to a new barber in fear that my hair will be shaved off. Not here. They spend time going over what kind of cut you want using scissors to style the top. Beautifully constructed fade on the side while enjoying a pleasant conversation with stylist. Great place. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had in a barbershop. To start there was no reception. I had to wait for someone to finally realize I was there for them to help me just to tell me to write my name on a piece of paper. After that I then proceeded to wait hearing name after name being called many of which came in well after I did for over 40 min. I have never waited that long for a hair cut in my life. my boyfriend always get his haircut here, the most recent experience is bad. today we got here at 9:20 and waiting in line. The working stuff is really slow and one has several friends came over, and the worker's two friends stood around the customer and chatting with them while cutting hairs. it is very unprofessional. Saturday morning people came early to avoid the line, but still have to wait because the working staff is extremely slow！they could chatting anwsering phone calls, doing walk-in appointment so some customers could skip the line.
