I called All City Plumbing the next morning at like 9am and they were able to schedule me in a time slot from 10am-12pm. Something interesting about this company is they use an AI virtual assistant that sounds like an actual human it's kind of creepy but "she" helped me pretty quickly unlike other virtual assistants. I ended up receiving a call around 9:30 letting me know that unfortunately my time I booked was no longer available and the next time was at 11am-1pm, I of course was willing to accept the time change since we only have the 1 toilet in the house My plumber arrived around 12:50pm (very timely) and was very friendly and assessed the situation ‍ He ended up telling us he needed to grab a tool at Home Depot down the street so he left and came back and finished up his work. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix with his total time spent with us being 2 hours. We are so happy that he was able to resolve our toilet troubles and give us peace of mind. The price was also very very reasonable, I've never hired a plumber before so I was expecting something crazy but this was affordable Very easy to work with, I highly recommend them!

The plumber removed the toilet and was unable to clear it. Said we may have some sort of main line issue and the new amount would be $1600 - obviously we declined. I expressed my frustration and at-least the price was knocked down to $350. Called GGS plumbing in HB and he came out the next morning and cleared the clog with I kid you not a plunger... He charged me $145. So I don't know if our service guy from All City was incompetent or malicious but I will never use them again. Update - following the review and a phone call the $350 bill was dropped. Obviously they have lost my trust permanently. But thought I should include the final outcome in this review.

He was extremely honest and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way during the install and making sure that I approved things such as placement of the water filter/softener system, how I wanted the lines ran, and even went above and beyond to tie the drain into my house's sewage system so that it looked as clean as possible. Most other plumbers I called wanted to run the drain for the system across the entire garage to tie into my laundry drain, but Miles took one look and said he could do one better than that. For our pressure reducing valve, the original one was soldered on without any way to replace it except by cutting the copper piping on both ends. Before installing the new replacement valve, Miles made sure to install unions on both ends of the pipe so that in the future, if I ever needed to replace it again, I could easily do it myself without having to call a plumber. Out of all the plumbers I contacted for estimates, Jerry's plumbing was the most honest company, providing the best pricing, while offering (in my opinion) the cleanest workmanship. Overall I'm am extremely happy and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Juan came out on time and finished the job professionally and was meticulous about putting plastic wrap around the bathroom to make sure it doesn't get dirty. Their pricing is very competitive and I would say better than others in the area and are upfront about cost and don't upsell. They were fast, reliable and responsive which is hard to find these days.

I begged him to send someone out on a Saturday - so rare! But Eduardo came as promised, spent an hour thoroughly examining our unit, confirming there was no electrical issue, but gave us the honest diagnosis that as our unit was so old, it would be extremely difficult to source parts. He said he could put a bandaid on it and keep revisiting the issue or we could invest in a new unit and even lower our electricity bill that way. We took the second option - and we are glad we did! AJ, Pablo and Marco came bright and early on Monday to work on everything. As I worked from home, I did not hear a peep from them. They did everything quietly and were a well-oiled machine. They were so thorough and took the time to explain things to me and my husband. They were genuinely happy to do their jobs. The 3 of them did so much back-breaking work all the way till past 6pm. We were so grateful for their dedication. When they finished, we had beautiful cold air coming out of all our vents. They cared not just to do the job well, but to make sure they left us happy and satisfied. The company founder Tom, even came out the next day to check if everything was done correctly. It was so lovely meeting him. We are going to be lifelong customers and we are spreading the gospel about these folks. Another toilet was running every few hours, probably because a seal in the flap wasn't working. My appointment was between 1:00-3:00 and I did get a call because the guy was running late. Found out he was also coming from LA and it was pouring rain really hard, so I couldn't fault him for that. Bo was respectful and removed his shoes when coming in. I showed him both toilets and (the reason for one less star) was his immediate diagnosis was to replace my old toilet, at $300 just for the unit, without labor. Hey I'm asking to have a slow leak replaced, plus my toilet isn't dumping water in my bathroom. It's a slow drip. After saying no to 2 new toilets, Bo said the leaky toilet has a loose connection and the other running one could have the flap replaced. The whole thing took about 20 minutes to fix and I was charged $225, and I wrote a check and tipped him also. (Note: always write a check- never use cash- so you have a paper trail). Was it priced high? Maybe. But if he fixed the issue then it was worth it. Hopefully no update on this issue will be needed. Also no receipt for this issue was received. Update It's been 24 hours and my running toilet has stopped running, and my leaky toilet stopped leaking. So I am glad that Lots fixed it. I also received an invoice via email with a quick summary of what was fixed.
