I needed a mini split for my three car garage. My garage gets extremely hot and the heat travels up into the upstairs bedrooms. I tried several other solutions but nothing seemed to work. We were shopping for a new air conditioning and heating system when we had Tim from RT Olson come by to check out our unit. Shane came out and was very kind and professional with the exception of a couple of comments about not hiring un-licensed Mexicans (unnecessary and caught me off guard as my spouse and i are both Hispanic). Bob Olsen and Jeff Graham have been great to me and my family for the last 20 years, they've helped us with multiple projects from reconstruction to plumbing to various different things that helped my family with our house. Fast-forward today, we bought a new home in Corona and it needed many remodels starting with a pipe that burst. I called out RT Olson plumbing heating and air and immediately within a couple hours. Tyler and Tim showed up. They were very kind and thoroughly checked everything. They found a leak that had actually caused the internal walls to mold which led to different health issues with my family. Thankfully, we came up with a great payment plan that allowed us to not have to pay anything with no interest for 12 months and the monthly payment fit in my budget. The next day they started on the re-pipe and fix the leak and within two days all the holes in my house that they had to cut for the new pipes were patched. They did such an amazing job and we even got a reverse osmosis system and a water treatment system. The HVAC system is amazing. For my urgent issue they were able to fit in a same day visit and with a less-urgent issue they scheduled me first thing the next day. While HVAC repair can be pricey, I felt their prices were fair and they didn't try to push extra costs unnecessarily. Our AC went out the week it started to get hot again. I looked on Yelp that I was looking for AC repair. First person to call me when he didn't have to on a Saturday was Tim, super chill and good energy from the jump. He came out that Monday to inspect it with his lead tech. He gave us the bad news that our AC was basically dead and since our house was so old the design was messed up too. He worked with us and gave us a recommendation that wouldn't bankrupt us. Replaced the compressor, the coil, hooked up thicker gauge wire, new vents, and installed an exhaust blower for the house that we were thinking about for years to get. All of this in one day with his lead tech. You could tell they knew what they were doing and very clean. When I get another house, definitely the only team I'm going with.
