The branch manager is looking for when it was first open and will get back to me. My parents have been clients at this branch since at least the 1970s or 1980s and love the branch, especially the free parking in the back. There is even a partial second floor containg more advisor offices. Customer service is really good. If you want to meet with an advisor,  you must book a meeting because they are likely fully booked for the same day. There is free WiFi. The bank is wheelchair accessible. If there is a flag of any kind on your history, do not expect Saven to divulge what it may be so that you can be informed and address it, as they are concerned about rampant fraud and their system being hacked.
