I cannot speak profoundly to the one negative review on here for Phil and Kris but I would be willing to bet good money that there is a valid explanation beyond Phil's control and that it was not because he "lies" or is a "wolf in sheep's clothing. Phil and Kris have helped to manage ALL of our financial and retirement investments for I believe over 15 years. Now that I am retiring and my wife will be also in a few years, we have "everything" we expected for returns and goals. Phil gives wonderful financial advice and structures it according to your desires and goals. The level of risk and aggressiveness is up to you but his advice is spot on. Adjectives and descriptions that come to mind are honesty, trustworthy, caring, supportive, helpful, transparent, very knowledgeable, attentive, ethical, and wise to just name a few. Subsequently, they impose additional charges for cleaning, even if the property is left in better condition than it was originally received. This management and property are extremely difficult to deal with. If you go with them be ready to receive a filthy place, have hard time to get maintenance and be charged for things you haven't done.
