However, they have a rule that you're not allowed to contact the driver directly at all. I've never been told not to contact a driver in all the services I've ever used for airport or other pick ups so this seems very odd. They gave me the driver's phone number, but sent me many admonitions never to contact him before during or after the service. I always like to make sure with drivers myself that they understand what time to pick up, that they need to wear a mask, etc., etc. So not being able to do this left me very frustrated and not sure I'd do the service again. UPDATE MGL responded that they only asked me to not contact the driver before the trip. That's not true they sent me several texts that literally say "do not contact the driver before or after the trip" and they went onto continue messaging not to bother the driver as he may be with other clients.

I am the type that needs to know where my guys are at all times. Last minute changes are never an issue and calls and texts fly all times of the day and night to keep me up to the minute! Their prices are great and VERY competitive and the gratuity is usually included in the quoted price! Sweet! Uber, Lyft, taxis?? I just can't bring myself to even suggest them ever. Do you see how people drive on a regular basis - yeah, not getting in a car with some stranger who's driving habits are possibly wreckless! Have you seen the scams some of them are pulling - why risk it?! I always call Dash FIRST! Trustworthy, vetted drivers and always polite. Cars are clean and top notch! My boss has commented about how the drivers are well dressed and courteous. (We had another company we used that sent a driver to pick him up. Boss described the car and driver as "dirty and rude" - we never called them for another ride!) Customer Service is important!!!! Meryl and crew have that down! Super sweet! Punctuality is vital and they are always right there to whisk the passengers to their destination. It's like if you looked up reliable in Websters there would be that sassy pic of Meryl with a definition of "trusted; dependable in achievement, accuracy, honesty". I would give 10 stars if they'd let me. Do yourself a favor and give 'em a try - you'll be a return customer in no time! If you are someone who deals with ground logistics for travel on a regular basis you would be doing yourself a service by employing Dash - They're like Vidal Sassoon - they make you look GOOD!!!

Driver showed up right on the dot. The vehicle was a big clean SUV, plenty of room for luggage, and the ride to the airport was smooth and safe the whole way. Got dropped off right at the door we needed, which matters when you're pulling bags out at a busy terminal. The part I appreciated most was the billing. Our driver, Mr. Yankov, was extremely professional. He showed up on time (even though our flights were at 12 and 3 AM!) dressed in a suit and he was even waiting for us at the gate when we returned to the Oakland air port! It was great that he helped us with our luggage and got us home quickly and comfortably. Black Car Booking has a well appointed brand new Escalade ESV and I think they will be getting a BMW later this year.
