The tech knew he did not tint it the same length because I asked him and he said no I put it up higher. He didn't fix it said we had to wait. So I waited a week and then the tint person called out so I got rescheduled to get a new windshield with the "correct" tint already done in shop but when the tech installed the new windshield the tint is still wrong this was on Thursday 2/26 tech said the supervisor was going to call me to reschedule again for the tint to be done correctly but as of today I had not received any sort of communication. I do not recommend this location. I picked it because they did mobile but I rather drive an hour to the location on Valencia to have it done properly the first time.

To begin, I called and spoke to a very friendly representative in the office who scheduled a crew to come out and examine the door for a quote. Soon afterwards, I received a call back from the office with repair options and quotes. Once A1 had the availability date from the glass manufacturer, they called to schedule the installation appointment a couple of weeks away. During the wait, the office followed up a couple of times to remind us of the appointment and to check if the date and time still worked for us. When it was time to do the actual repair, the same 2-man crew came out. They were friendly and did a fantastic job with the repair, adjustments and clean-up. The replacement glass is perfect, and the door slides like new again. We're very pleased.

I have an old curio cabinet that has great sentimental value , but not resale value . My boys had broken the curved glass in this antique cabinet a couple years ago . I l looked online and the cost to replace it was way more than the piece was valued for so it sat with the likely end destination of a shed or the landfill in the very near future . Thankfully , I found a replacement piece of glass in another old cabinet that was beyond repair, but sadly it was about and inch to long and an inch to wide . I called everywhere in town and another other glass place and a tile place wouldn't attempt to cut it. I stumbled upon a local treasure called A-1 glass where the owner John goes above and beyond and was willing to see what he could do. Thankfully, his skilled glass cutter abilities resulted in my cabinet looking perfect with all the glass installer back where it should be. From the worker over the phone in the office to the staff and to the owner I say thank you for helping me keep a little history alive in this old antique. It isn't worth much if resold , but it was priceless to my family , so thank you all. You just gained loyal customers for life . In 2014, I changed my insurance coverage and was told I had a higher premium since I had a windshield claim back in 2011. After an investigation, the insurance company found that discount Auto Glass had forged my husbands name and received more than $603.99 from my insurance company. What did the insurance company do? Demanded $603.99 check from Discount Auto Glass. What did I do? By posting this, I'm hoping that other customers will check with their insurance to make sure no fraud has been committed on their insurance.

They were able to get me in relatively quick for an appointment and they completed my service within 30 minutes, the only downside is that I had to go in to get my windshield replaced because they don't have at home service for Tucson and Windshield calibration. I have not had any issues with my windshield after the service.

That was my 1st red flag I contacted the other shop and was so relieved to find out I could in fact use them instead. I canceled my insurance that following week and reported them for steering. I had no idea that was a thing.
