It took some searching to acquire the parts for my old truck but they kept in touch with me weekly to keep me updated on the repairs of my truck. Recently, my fiancé's car was rear ended and needed to be repaired... So I got to looking for repair shops in town that were both locally owned and did the collision repair the right way. I have done a lot of research about various collision repair shops, and Fix Auto Sierra Vista kept coming up as the best place for the work to be done. They were incredibly responsive from my first phone call and when I walked in the door of their office to get my estimate done, it was bright, modern, clean, and everyone there was very friendly. They did a very thorough job on my estimate and educated me along the way about things that an average consumer wouldn't know should be done to their car during the collision repair. For calibration of the vehicle after the repair to get it to the manufacturer's standard is one of the things the shop does that no other shop I talk to would do - they told me that wasn't necessary. As it turns out, the calibration equipment is extremely expensive and the shops I talk to simply didn't have the machinery to do it. Being a curious guy that I am, I asked for a tour of their facility. They were very willing to give me as much information as I could handle... It's clear these guys know what they're doing. When I left I felt like my car was in really good hands and I came away with a new knowledge of all the extra steps they take to make sure that the car is as safe as it was the day it rolled off the assembly line before I got it back. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. Plus, they're just really friendly honest helpful people. The day I went back to get my car, I brought my dog. He's a very good judge of character and immediately made friends with everybody in the office, so I know they're good people! I realize that reviewing a collision repair shop is it the most glamorous type of business you're going to see on Yelp but I really wanted to put this review out there because they really do go above and beyond for the customer and they truly care about the customer safety. That's important to me because my children ride around in these vehicles. I also learned that it's owned by an Army veteran who was born and raised in Tucson too! Not only will I always take my vehicles to Fix Auto Sierra Vista to get them repaired, but I'm also going to have them do the custom paint work on a car I am building when that time comes. Their painters skill and their painting facility is absolutely next level. So if you are looking for a place to get your car repaired, and looking on yelp for what people think of repair shops in Sierra Vista... Your search has come to an end, because Fix Auto is, in my opinion, the absolute best collision repair shop in the entire town. My car was just smashed up on 1 corner panel (quarter panel) and part of the front bumper. Also messed up wheel. The work done was very well done, and I am loving my car again. :) It looks as good as the day I bought it. This is a 2015 Camaro. My little Bumble Bee is buzzing again. Thanks Ronda for her expert help too. I like the part where they did a full cleanup of the car and it was presented back to me in a professional manner. I hit a deer on HWY 90 on 12/15/2022. It messed up the front driver side corner of my truck bad. I dropped the truck off with Fix Auto on January 13th. I got the truck back on February 2nd. Rhonda kept me updated on the progress the whole time. She let me know when the damage analysis would be ready, when the parts were arriving, what changes (if any) were made regarding parts or service or the final delivery date of the truck. It made a stressful situation SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL. I can not recommend Fix Auto enough. Rhonda was amazing, and the work done was also wonderful. You can't even tell anything happened to the truck! They even matched the grill insert that was on my truck (which isn't the stock grill insert btw) and changed out the chrome badge on the front with the all black one that I had on the truck! If you happen to need repairs on your vehicle, this is the place to go! I hope to not have to need their services in the future, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands here. read more

After my conversation with the lady in the front office I was extremely concerned and decided to take my car elsewhere. She said that he would have to study to see what he was getting into or if he could even pull the dents out. He would have to do test pulls and she wasn't sure if he could get the dents out. It was also concerning that she wasn't sure if they could even match the color or replace the factory coating on my brand new car. The biggest reason for choosing to take my business elsewhere was the fact that after talking about possible sensor involvement she the turned the light know so that the fog lights came on. As I got in my car to leave the bell kept going off but the car did not indicate the lights were on. In my head I thought it was weird that the sensor just went bad at the conclusion of my visit with her. Got home and I showed my husband. It took us a while to figure it out, thankfully we saw the lights were not turning off after 10 minutes and he found the know turned. Not cool and I felt she was trying to get the car in sooner and for a bigger job. read more

Nothing else is worse then discovering your vehicle has been hit while shopping and then the culprit disappearing. Well after checking with the first auto shop for a quote (no names) on hwy 90, was impressed couldn't even sit in the waiting area. Moved on to my second quote called for a appt and while waiting i ventured to the other body shop in town.... Shady as hell so i ventured back to fix it auto OMG clean and totally professional while doing the inspection they saw the whole right side of the bed of the truck was crinkled (none of the other shops noticed it). They made it easy even gave me a tour of the facilities! My 99 cents is very simple take your vehicle to them you'll be very satisfied. When i got my truck back......a tear fell from my eye.... Finally a business in sierra vista where you don't have to settle for half A$$ work and it's done right! I will take (God forbid) all my business to them and strongly suggest you do the same!!!! read more

I recently had my wife's Mercedes in for repair after a road debris disaster. There was damage to the front bumper and also down the drivers side. My expectations were definitely exceeded on every level. Rich and Brandon were very friendly and made sure that I understood all aspects of the repair process to our car.
