Terrible service, they treat customers like . A member of my family had to have a court ordered device and they treat anyone walking in the door with this like poo. And neither one of us were the ones who needed the device. They didn't know basic info about the install and error codes and we paid THREE TIMES for them to tell us a bunch of random crap that they needed 200+ an hour to fix that could be the problem. Casey's in Prescott told us that was SO STUPID and it was none of those things. It was a simple basic problem that is corrected for a few dollars and some correct info. 5 star. Fast, got radiator replaced and hatch lock replaced in two days. Not only that but they returned the car clean including the mess of hay dragged out of the back seat because hatch door would not open. When I checked over the invoice it explained the three year repair warranty and I found the note that the windshield wipers were replaced no charge. I also had recommendations for future. I helped my girlfriend bring her car here after it stalled nearby. Bringing the car here was the worst decision we could've made. They ended up charging her (without telling her) almost $300 for an inspection and then said she needed $6,000 in repairs. Well, it turns out they lied about a lot of the repairs that were needed, because when we finally got her car out of that place, her friend who is a mechanic fixed her car by re-attaching a loose part and charged her $70. This mechanic is dishonest and I do NOT recommend bringing your car here. There are way better and more trustworthy places in the area. You have been warned. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My car stalled close by and upon reading their reviews, I thought this would be an honest and good choice to take my car there and get it looked at to see what even happened. They told me they would take a look at it and I could leave my car there. I thought that was nice. On my plane ride two days later, I got a text with my quote. $6k to fix 4 issues. Plus they charged me $267.03 for an inspection when they NEVER told me they were charging. (My dad has been a mechanic for 30+ years, so I obviously understand some places charge for diagnoses. But honest places never drop a charge on you without simply telling you beforehand that they would! That's bait and switch and coercion. They let me leave my car, told me I could keep it there, and when I had no choice but to pay to get my car out, they charged me.) The rest of what they were charging me for were things like my upper radiator hose and thermostat, etc. Parts that cost no more than $40... They KEPT calling me while on my vacation to ask me when I would pick up my car, after I told them I would be gone for the holidays. When I could finally pick up my car, I called and asked if i could get a jump or if I had to bring someone to help me jump my car. They kept giving me attitude and advised me not to even drive it because the engine would blow up... (Again, my dad is a mechanic and upon his advise, he said it would be fine.) I reassured them i would take the risk and i'd be ok, i just needed a jump. They didn't jump my car or do any favor for me after I paid them $267 to just diagnose my car. and here's my FAVORITE PART! I took the car to my friend who's a professional mechanic, he fixed it for $70! AND!? You ready?? Two of the issues they were charging me for? WERE LIES!! They misdiagnosed me and CHARGED me for it! Then they didn't even have the decency to jump start my car. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE TO GO! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They'll overcharge you, misdiagnose you, make YOU feel dumb for taking your car back and not paying them to fix it, and then not even help you out when you ask nicely for a jump AFTER paying them for something they did WRONG AND also NEVER said they would charge for. Who's running the place?? Places like this are the reasons everyday people don't trust car mechanics! And considering how important this job is, you would think they would take pride in helping people and doing the right thing. read more

Appt time 9 a.m. ARRIVED 8:55. 0 Oil change and tire rotation. I returned at 10:53 NOT EVEN STARTED THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. Awful customer service. NEVER tried to offer rectification of this GROSS NEGLIGENCE. 2 different cars on bays than when I left my car at 8:55. Wanted to charge $80-90 for oil change & tire rotation. read more

I cannot thank them enough for taking the time to figure out the issues with my daughter's vehicle and working hard to get her vehicle back on the road again even on a late Friday afternoon. BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE!!! THESE 2 WOMEN ARE LOWEST LIFE and DIRTY plus the PLACE is a mess and unorganized!!! Young kids with not much or no experience working there that you don't see before. As a woman that has a drag racing-automotive background and grew up with three brothers that knew cars. These two obviously didn't realize who they were messing with! I took my car in for a scheduled oil change, trusting soul that I am. A hour and a half later car wasn't done and my bill was $127., for an oil change! WOW! Never ever again! Then on top of that they came up with a bunch of so called work that needs to be done amounting to $3,200.. most items being frivolous BS!!! estimates!!! I looked back at the estimate for the repairs they spoke and nothing they spoke about was on the estimate. Hummm!! Except for a $320. New battery plus $75. for labor. WOW a bit pricey. Now I'm not stupid you girls. I went to ORielly Auto Parts purchased a new battery for $240. (there best) and the guy put the battery in my car for me and I gave him $40. for 10 minutes of work and I received a three year warranty. These two woman Helaine-owner will never put their hands on my car again!!! Nor will they have any referral service work from me!! Look out-BEWARE-bad people. read more

Terrific service when me and my family need it most! Our alternator went out at 4pm on the Friday of July 4th weekend just as we got into Jerome. Power steering went, car turned off, couldn't get it to restart. As later Friday, everyone was closed until Tuesday and I had my wife and 3 young daughters. AAA towing by Stix Men (THANK YOU JIM!) called Helene the owner who told him to tow it there, and she'd do the work on Saturday morning. She met us Friday night to open her shop, confirmed the needed part was local, and had us fixed and out the door by Saturday afternoon, all at a great price and service. Helene even confirmed that other work recommended to me by a local Toyota dealer wasn't needed as well as the price quoted being way over work cost. A HUGE help in a stressful time when trying to figure out where to take car, how'd we get back to hotel, and eventually back home 100 miles. If I was local I'd be taking all my vehicles and needed work to Helene. THANK YOU! read more

Check engine light scare. 360 was the right call! While on vacation in Cottonwood, the check engine light came on. The truck was not acting as though anything was wrong. I pulled into 360 where I was helped immediately by the owner. She was honest and helpful. She put my fears to rest,assuring me that it was probably nothing but a glitch. They took care of the problem in a timely manner, seemed to do good work, and there is a coffee shop... BUT $110+/hr for labor is as steep as I've ever seen! read more

I am from out of state and I needed to have a yellow 04 Jeep Wrangler from Courtesy Auto inspected for purchasing. I was provided with a detailed report covering all the different areas of the vehicle. Included in the report is many many pictures. Compression was checked. Oil samples were inspected from the motor, and differential. Metal was found in the differential which was my deciding factor in passing on the vehicle. They mentioned vehicle idled rough, made noise from rear end when turning. Body and windshield had numerous chips. Was educated by Helaine that since the jeep was towed behind an RV that it rips up the rear end and the transfer case. I wish I had this shop nearby at all the places I have been looking at cars. Best $90 I have spent. They saved me thousands and I gave them a $40 tip. Phil read more

No integrity. If I could give 360 Automotive and its owner less than 1 star, I would. My car went in for a balljoint repair and came out with more issues than it went in with. The price went up close to $1,000 more after the job had already been started even though nothing else was authorized to be worked on. Bait and switch. They damaged the radiator while trying to stop a massive oil leak that was caused by them during the repair process and put it back together by sliding a loose hose over the connection on the radiator which was causing the radiator to leak everywhere. After having my car for over a week and taking their sweet time with it, I called them back the next day to get my warranty work done since they caused more damage and the car was leaking everywhere, no one returned my call, ever. I decided to use another (honest)mechanic and when he looked at it he asked why the radiator hose wasnt connected properly and showed me how it was loosely slid over the connection which was causing it to spill everywhere while driving. The radiator had nk issues until it went into 360 Autos shop. The car had a very small oil leak that turned into a major one hemorrhaging oil everywhere after they worked on it. How the hell does that happen when someone is only doing a ballpoint repair. They also claimed to have changed out parts that my 2nd mechanic showed me were never changed. I have video evidence I will be glad to share of all the 'work' 360 Auto did while going through it with the honest mechanic. They either dont know what theyre doing or they just took advantage of me, and from my experience I would say both. Hands down the most dishonest, lazy, bait and switch, poor communication and downright fraudulent repair shop I have ever been to anywhere in the country. They came recommended from friends that own a local business in Cottonwood that has integrity. I came to 360 auto in a late night crisis when my balljoint broke and left with a car in much worse condition over a week later. The end result was the car was beyond my financial repair costs from the damage they caused to the radiator and the massive oil leak that I ended up having to scrap it after paying $2,500 to an amateur unprofessional rude and DISHONEST repair shop that should be closed. They damaged my vehicle and instead of fixing what they did by repairing the damage they caused, they did a half ass fix and lied about it trying to cover it up. 360 Auto in Cottonwood is absolutely shady and you'd be better off junking your car than paying them to touch it. read more
