All have been very good experiences but we were so happy to visit Nazy and Bernadette here and finally settle on a great wig. We have looked at synthetic and this was the first real hair option we saw and it was beautiful. Of course virgin hair is more pricey than synthetic but it's a small price to pay if it makes my mom happy and more comfortable through this experience. Bernadette did our consultation and was so kind and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and really helped with this process. She is also able to dye the wig to match my moms hair and they get it prepared before she starts losing her hair. She also offered to have my mom come on to have her head shaved when ready which is a lot less scary than my dad or I doing it (not to mention we would do a terrible job). She has obvious experience and it really made things easy. Nazy greeted us when we were writing up the wig and was also amazing. She is the owner and goes to Europe to source the wig hair. She was very sweet and shared her own story and recommendations with us which was very gracious and comforting. (Not to mention she had gorgeous hair). We checked out 2 wigs and both were beautifully made. The salon was also clean and well designed. The entire experience was really great and it is really nice to work with people who really care about their customers and their products.
