I have been going to this UPS branch for years for multiple services: drop offs, tracked packages and mail, printing, notary, even purchase of packing materials. I have seen staff come and go, mostly they are efficient and pleasant except for 1 interaction, which may have happened months ago, and I think the staff doesn't work there anymore, who knows. But I came here on Monday 01/05/2026 to drop off an Amazon return. There was line, but the staff were assisting customers quite efficiently, one was scanning on the counter, a couple of staff were packing or sorting packages at the back, and another staff by the return/scan kiosk. The kiosk is supposed to be a self drop off, but I'm glad there is a person there, readily able to help if you have questions. It was easy, I scanned the code, it printed out a new label and stick it on the box, just making sure to cover the old one. I was out in no time! I hope they keep it efficient and pleasant. read more

Jeremy and Leanne were amazing. They were very they were very helpful and very knowledgeable and they assisted us and they were very patient. They were very nice very kind and very informational. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This store does not compare to the store on 2nd Streer or Sandcreek. Customer service and organization are lacking unfortunately. Robert is the owner and is condescending to customers. Gabriella who was assisting people in the store was demanding people use the kiosk. When people chose to wait in line, she laughed and said "Some people just need you to hold their hands." The owner said he saw nothing wrong with that comment. People at the kiosk were leaving packages that did not fit and could've been stolen. Now wonder some of my packages have not made it to Amazon and I have had to wait forever online trying to figure it out. Last week a package was returned to me because they never put the return sticker on it and I missed the return deadline. I have returned many times for Amazon to this store, but they never place the label on the package in front of you, (before you state it needs packaging, I only bring my items in fully boxed in the original Amazon box). The last few items I have returned here have "gone missing" the last few items were $175 & $550 worth . Now have to wait 2 weeks to report a package missing to get a refund from Amazon. If you use this store make sure they place the label directly on your package. read more

Unfortunately our copier ran out of ink. We needed to make a copy right away. I decided to drop by at the UPS store and not sure what to expect. I assume they have a computer where you can log in and make a copy. I was thinking they charge you based on how long you're logged in. The young lady said I can just forward the attachment to their email address. She can open and print the file which made it so easy! read more

Leeanne Leeanne Leeanne, you chose the right one boo because i absolutely have time today. Your customer service is absolutely terrible and I doubt its a representation of what UPS stands for. I simply was doing an Amazon return which I have NEVER had an issue with until I came to this location. I had to haul 4 very large boxes inside just for Leeanne to tell me that I need 4 different shipping labels and that was not Amazon's directions to me. I was simply responsible for dropping the items off with the return label provided and then anything outside of that is not in my scope of work rather UPS' but Leeanne clearly had an attitude, showed their frustration and provided no resolve in assisting me. I think a hug and a day off may need to be granted to them. I will go out my way to a different UPS location. And I will be calling their manager Robert too. read more

Came in this afternoon to send documents via certified mail and they recommended I try another store because they admitted that they DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO CERTIFIED MAIL. Huh??? The man that helped me charged me an a $3 computer fee, I did not use a computer I came in to print 5 copies of my resume on normal white computer paper , no color . The 5 pieces of white paper costed me $5 . I couldn't email the store my resume because I have tmbile . I had to screenshot it and send it to the man that works there. This is specific to my need for a notary. I called to make sure the notary was available before heading to the store. The gentleman at the store was pleasant, professional and very relaxed. The price seemed reasonable mostly because I don't remember what it was otherwise I remember when I overpay for anything. I suspect the shipping experience will be the same but pricing is relative. I hope this helps someone as I didn't know I could find a notary at a UPS store, there is one here for sure as of this review. read more

Stopped by Saturday morning as soon as they opened. One of the services that UPS offers is notary. The young kid told me the notary does not come in on saturdays and sometimes doesn't come in every day of the week. He did say that the notary would be there on Sunday. This is my favorite UPS store. All the staff are pleasant and professional. My transactions have consistently been handled efficiently. I called this morning regarding Notary Services. Even though Robert was in the middle of helping another customer at the counter, he answered the phone professionally and politely answer my questions after a brief hold and finishing up with the current customer at the counter. Its obvious he has great multitasking skills. I could have went to any other Notary service, but because of the excellent way he handled my call, I went to this UPS store for the service. I had a very unpleasant experience at your store on January 25, 2024. I was returning a package back to a vendor . I had my return postage receipt for my package but the package was open so I needed some tape to close it back. I asked the associate for some tape so I could close the package back . The very rude associate said if you need tape you have to buy it or we charge a $1 . I myself feel that it was very disrespectful and discriminatory. I later found out from the other associate that it was the manager. I have visited various Ups locations and never have had an experience like this over a piece of tape or even being charged. I will not be using any of business at this location ever again. read more

Talking with Robert, the owner, this store had a break-in robbery and some packages were stolen, apparently two were mine. He reviewed the items I sent and gave me a check to cover them. 5/2 Closed randomly with no explanation, 2 of us standing at the door and they turn off lights at 12pm. No signs indicating it would be closing at noon, the guy working just said "we are closed" as a customer walked out. I'm updating only because I go into this particular store A LOT! I've taken prepaid boxes by UPS or USPS and Amazon returns that don't require packaging...every single time there is no issue. I always get my refunds from each place quickly. I have not had a customer service complaint because everyone always greets each person and are very helpful. I usually go to this store to return Amazon items. They have always been professional and courteous. This time around when I visited the store I was helped by a new hire Letha Smoot. I told her I had a few heavy items that I needed to bring inside. Even without asking her for help she offered to help me with the store dolly. She followed me to my car, loaded the items and brought it inside. I was very impressed with the service. Hats off to her !!!
