Unfortunately, one of the color balloons that I purchased didn't meet the description that was displayed online. I was informed by John (one of the employees) that he would speak to the manager the following day to see if anything could be done. A follow up call was made the next day and I was told that there was nothing that could be done due to covid. The manager proceeded to say, "Well, at least you didn't spend a lot of money on the balloons." Regardless of what was spent, it was money spent out of my pocket for something I didn't want and couldn't use. I could see if I was seeking a refund, but a simple exchange couldn't honored? NEVER AGAIN! Don't make the same mistake I made. There are other suppliers out there that will treat you better.

David, Jackie and Sara all stepped up to insure a smooth execution when the original person we worked with left a week before our event. I rented a Snow Cone machine for a work event on Monday, July 3. I only rented one machine for just a few hours, and hate to think the incredibly poor service was because of how small my order was but yet here we are. I was quoted a price for a snow cone machine with cart and attendant, and then received an email from Vinny with my quote and a credit card authorization form attached. All details appeared correct based on my phone call, so I signed and sent back. Later that week he let me know there would be an additional $100 fee because July 3rd was considered a holiday. After a bit of back and forth via email with me expressing my disappointment (this was never mentioned on the phone or in the quote, and the date was known since the beginning) I went ahead with the order because I knew how happy it would make my staff. The attendant arrived that day (she was lovely), set up everything, and the staff enjoyed it. But there wasn't a cart - just a snow cone machine on a folding table. When I asked Vinny about this, he said the cart cost more. When I let him know I was under the impression that my quote included the cart because that's what we spoke about, and exactly what was written on the sheet I signed, he stopped responding. So that's brings me to today! Paid over $500 for a box of ice on a table.
