Since moving to Lincoln 6 months ago, we have made several large purchases at this store. We got kitchen appliances, home office furniture, kitchen bar stools, and most recently a new television and tv stand. Each time, the sales people have been helpful but not pushy, the deliveries have been on time, and so far the quality of the items have been good.... Until our last purchase. The TV stand was delivered with numerous scuffs and scratches in the paint, and even a few notches in the wood. It took a while to finally get a resolution, which ultimately was a small discount that did not make up for the overall damage. We'll have to try to cover up the paint scuffs ourselves. Still, we'll probably be back. One bad experience out of 4 or 5 is not too bad. read more

We just purchased a sectional here about a month ago. We spent over $3000 keep in mind. You'd think customer service would be more than willing to help and be accommodating. The 2 star review is mainly geared towards the customer service call center. If you encounter a lady named Lisa, just be prepared to have a not so pleasant experience. She was very very rude to me on the phone. When I explained to her that we were getting a new piece shipped because that got damaged during delivery, she replied with "what piece? It's the whole console." Sorry I don't really know the right wording, I don't work there .... And then proceeded with alot of other frustrating comments. She had a major attitude problem and left me feeling very upset. (We worked with a man named Robert on the floor who has been fantastic, so this review is not geared towards him in any way.) I feel for the price you are going to pay, you should be treated with more respect as a customer when calling in to the help center. They don't stand by their installers. My washer started leaking out of every single water connection about a year and 3 months after install. Saw that the hoses were cross threaded. Water was leaking through my wall and coming out under my baseboards. Called and customer service said it's been a year so they won't do anything. Pretty sure washers aren't suppose to leak after a year. Pathetic read more

Shop elsewhere. Our experience was far from ideal with our RC Willey purchase. On November 3, we purchased a GE washer, dryer and refrigerator and we scheduled the delivery for November 24 (3 days after moving into our new home). We were shocked on the 24th to find out by the delivery driver that we would not be receiving our refrigerator and during the delivery process one of the individuals accidentally broke an electronic component on the dryer so they had to take it back. Mind you the invoice showed the refrigerator as part of the delivery and so did the automated delivery updates. So at that point we were in our new home with no refrigerator or dryer. We finally received the dryer on November 30. We called and talked to reps at RC Willey numerous times and we were told we would receive our refrigerator on December 28th (more than a month late) and here we are on January 2, 2024 still without our refrigerator. Also, we already emailed the customer support email first that I saw referenced throughout Yelp replies and it was completely useless. And now a rep at the store is telling us that we might not receive our refrigerator until March 2024 but we still do not have a confirmed delivery date. This is just ridiculous. We believe that our sales rep that sold us the appliances knew that this refrigerator was back ordered and led us to believe we would receive it on time so that they could get the sale. Only giving two stars because of the great no-interest financing options. read more

If I learned one thing today it is don't buy furniture from RC Willey, they don't stand behind it. I will say that their employees have been nice and pleasant. It is their policies that are lacking. We purchased a (what i thought was) a nice leather sofa in September 2022. Within a month, one end began collapsing. Then in another month more cushions started to fail. I didn't bring it to their attention until March 23. Still well within the one year warranty. They sent out a tech who agreed that it is a defective product. Ok cool. Where this all went bad is when they called us and said that it would be 12-15 weeks to have another tech come out and replace the defective cushions. So they offered us a loaner in the meantime. However they will not take the broken couch and we don't have room for two couches. This leaves us with this useless broken couch for at least the next 12-15 weeks. My big mistake was shopping at RC WILLEY. It won't happen again. God bless read more

I found RC willey via flyer advertisement and social media. We had been looking for a reclining sectional couch and decided to visited their store. The people that work there were nice and friendly. They have a huge selection of different styles and materials for reclining sectionals. My husband and I visited different stores before we decided to buy a $3K sectional from RC Willey. It was a big purchase, and we wanted to make sure that everything looked great! Up until the delivery, we had a good impression of of the store. First of all, we had just moved to a new home a week before the delivery, and the two delivery guys just walked right in with their shoes on our new carpet. I had to clean it up after they left and vacuum everything again. I'm not sure why they never train them to take off their shoes or use the provided shoe covers during delivery. I've had people came from different vendors deliver and install stuff, and so far everyone was considerate enough to take off shoes on a carpeted floor. The installation itself was not great experience because they didn't connect the couch correctly. After we complained, they responded quickly and came back. The second installers were also very rushed. Even when I tried to talk to them about the issue, they only gave us a quick response of, "You will need to report to the customer service", before letting me finish my sentence. They did connect the sectionals, but they also moved the sectional from the original position where we wanted it to be. I definitely won't have them come back again. They fixed one issue and messed up another one. Again, I was disappointed because they left before I got chance to inspect their work. This is not the level of service I'd expect for big delivery items. We were planning to purchase more items for the new home, but not gonna be big items from RC Willey anymore. I do understand that delivery men are busy, but doing a good job the first time is also important. It's the last step of the purchase, and it leaves a lasting impression. Customer service and store experience was great, but the delivery definitely needs improvement. read more

Can I brag on RC Willey again??? We purchased a new couch and it was to be delivered last week - However the crew that arrived ( I just recently found out they were third party) were horrible in Customer Service and wouldn't take the old couches because we had dog hair on them that we missed with vacuuming - we understood that and would've taken the time to vacuum but the crew ( lead was Avitesh P) wanted to leave them outside in FRONT of my house - to come back at the end of the route. Of which he wouldn't tell me when that time would be. He even went as far as to push his chest out and say "do you want your couch" repeatedly as if he were being a bully. The supervisor he spoke to said to put them back in our house and leave. Naturally when the crew arrived today I was a bit on the defense. HOWEVER - Roger and Brandon were TOP NOTCH, kind, friendly, handled our couch with care and took the time to help me arrange it. Saw the add for 4th of July "NO SALES TAX" Walked in RC Willey straight to Customer Service, and i explained the young gentlemen behind the glass partition window that i recently purchased a GE Profile French door refregirator, and wanted to check if I still qualify for the "NO SALES TAX"? Purchased a fridge that was in stock ready for delivery (cool...), Sale Person was very helpfull, and setup a delivery date. Day of delivery I got this voicemail stating that It's going to be another week out for delivery (WTF!!!) I took off work for nothing... time wasted Fast forward a week later, delivery truck shows up in my driveway, I come out to check out my new fridge that was being unloaded off the truck and greet one of the delivery person... no responce dead silent... THEIR C/S PEOPLE NEED TRAINING I bought some furniture again recently, and with a stroke of luck, it was in perfect shape. Accepted it on the first delivery. Didn't see that coming. I set up the billing on my RCWilley account - no interest for 18 months. I go into the store today to make payments. I told the girl behind the counter that I want to pay the remainder of this years payments so I don't have to think about it again until January. We don't do that. What do you mean you don't do that? It's interest free so what difference does it make if I make the payments today for the rest of the year? Let me talk to my manager. So after dealing with this absolutely incredibly awful conversation, I just grabbed a bunch of cash and paid almost the entire balance off all at once. I can't deal with bureaucratic incompetence. I still owe a little, but I'm gonna pay that off this week and just be done with this company. If you insist I come in every month to make a monthly payment that has zero interest attached to it, I need to be done with you so I don't waste time trying to make you understand how dumb that policy is. 5 stars for no damaged furniture this time. 0 stars for tge C/S Rep who needs some training - or maybe it's the management. It's nice to be able to write a review like this as the service was great as was the install and follow-up. Our sales person in the TV area, Angel Olivas went online to make sure we got the best price possible, was able to move our install time up by a few weeks when there was a cancellation and then he followed letting me know we had a $96 refund due and he made sure that was processed smoothly. What else could you want? The install was excellent as well. It looks great, no wires showing and as mentioned above, there was a part ordered that was not needed and they refunded the amount without any questions or problems. We had never been to an RC Willey so we didn't know what to expect when we pulled into the giant parking lot and stared down a building that was large enough to the be first floor of a casino. The casino imagery didn't end there, however. As we walked closer to the door, we noticed the grandeur roundabout entrance, perfect for dropping off shoppers who wished to avoid walking through the parking lot, or avoid the rain. Once we entered, the bright lights were nearly overwhelming as we entered and were greeted by an employee acting as a concierge for the rest of the store. And thus began our journey into the unknown. In search of the perfect grey sectional, RC Willey was full of more options than we ever could have imagined. It was a refreshing experience having been to many, many furniture stores recently. The salespeople were helpful, but not pushy, and didn't seem to be at odds with the other salespeople. Ultimately, we made our way through the entire store, we weaved through the appliances, and perused the clearance section, we relaxed in recliners, and considered all our choices. We didn't leave that day with a couch or a washer/dryer but we did leave with a renewed sense of optimism that our dream couch was out there and that RC Willey would always be a place we could come back to. Upon departing, we couldn't help but be reminded of a casino once more. With such a huge store, and no windows, by the time you leave it's entirely unclear how long you'd be wandering or what time day it is. Nov 2021 when we remodeled our kitchen, we got all new stainless steel appliances at RC Wiley. The sales person introduced us to the LG line. Within the first year, we have called 3 times for the crafted Ice refrigerator, they have replaced the ice maker twice. Their reason for that is because it is a brand new line, they are still making improvements and called 1 time for the dishwasher one of the part cracked within 6 months When we first called RC Wiley, the customer service said it has already past the 30 days period so they can't help tell us to contact LG directly. Between these 3 years, we have called for the same issue at least once if not twice a year. We got the same tech every time, the last time he came out was less than a year ago and he assured us, this should be the last time we should not have any more problems. Well, it started to happened again few months ago, sometimes happens during the day, evening, a few times was in the middle of the night around 3-4am we thought someone was in the house. Now, the warranty has passed and LG refuses to come fix it unless we pay the $75 service call for the tech to come out and whatever the part cost. I told them since this is an ongoing problem, we shouldn't have to pay anything. We even emailed the corporate explained the history and their response was " if there is any repair issue please contact customer service" just like that. It happened again this morning I videoed from the bedroom, it was loud and it often lasted around a minute. read more

We purchased a reclining sofa that had the best deal overall, in stock, and took it in my truck all within one hour. The big box fit perfectly through the front door and was beyond easy to assemble. The love seat will no longer recline after a couple months. Called to get repaired and they said they will send someone out and gave date. The customer service is very disappointing and I will not be a returning customer. I bought a set of appliances, and the fridge that I ordered a few months ago is still not here because it keeps coming damaged, it has happened 3 times over the course of this month. I have stayed home from work each time, and when the delivery people get here with the fridge, we discover it to be damaged once again. The microwave also came damaged as well. Now I have to wait another 5 days for a fourth attempt on delivering a fridge, my contractors have had to push back this project as well, with no offer of compensation and I have spent thousands of dollars. It's a total joke. I have been understanding and have spent hours talking to customer service on how to make this right, but when a business does not do the right thing, that's when I'm done. My mother recently moved to California and needed some furnishings for her apartment. We went in to RC Willy in Roseville. We were immediately greeted by a greeter who offered us a coupon for a free cookie and we asked where the powered recliners were. We made our way back to the recliner section where we met Ronnie Davenport. We told him exactly what we were looking for - a recliner with a small profile, powered, fabric, short seat for my little mom and he took us to a selection of 3. He was incredibly patient as she tried them all out. She decided she wanted to try one more store so he gave us his card and we left. We tried the other store she didn't find anything she liked and so we returned to RC Willie the same day and asked for Ronnie again. He remembered us and he checked that it was in stock, the checkout was fast and easy and the only drawback was you had to go all the way to the back of the store to customer service to pay for it versus being able to pay for it on the floor which I thought was weird. My mother uses a Walker so that was kind of inconvenient and unnecessary I thought. Many people have complained about delivery from RC Willy. We didn't have that problem. They said they would deliver it on Thursday they texted me to say it was coming between 11 and 1 they sent me a link to see where the driver was and it said it wasn't gonna come until 5 they showed up promptly at 1 and we weren't ready cause we thought it wasn't coming until 5. Our delivery team was awesome they put it in the garage where we wanted it because we were taking it to my mother's new apartment the next day. They explained the only assembly required was to slide the back in and connect the power module which we were able to do easily ourselves when mom moved into her new apartment. She absolutely loves the chair and everything about our experience was awesome. read more

Michelle did confirm that Christina did put notes in the system stating the marble table had chipping in it and the sealer was missing??? The chip is clearly a factory defect and RV Willey used some sort of putty to camouflage the chip. The putty is darker then the actual marble!!! Michelle stated there were no notes regarding what was to be done for the marble table... Christina omitted this in her notes! Once again, I have to wait for RC Willey to do their jobs. My wife and i have been long time customers of RC Willey and they have never had a great delivery service. Our last purchase ruined it for us, the delivery driver was rude to my wife, dismissive, and disrespectful of my home. They refused to take our old dryer and leave the pedestal it was sitting on. We knew RC Willey had a policy of not mounting the pedestals unless you buy a new one. However to refuse to take the old one because it was sitting on top of a pedestal is ridiculous. The driver was then a second time rude to my wife left everything where is sat in the middle of my entryway and left. He took the owners manual and all the paperwork with him. So now I have both dryers sitting in my entryway. I contacted my salesman, he was out sick. I waited 3 days and attempted to contact him again. No response... I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

They outsource delivery and the service they provide is below standards!! I only gave an extra star because the sales people and customer service in person and on the phone is superb, however their delivery service is horrible!! The men who came to my elderly parents' home to deliver a bed that my disabled mom was in desperate need of due to mobility issues were callous, heartless, rude, mean, and combative!! My mother is disabled and sick and my father is 83 years old. The delivery service was so terrible and even told us to just cancel our order, they don't care.... Appalling!!! Left my mom in tears and so shaky she ended up having another fall from being so weak a few hours later. We ended up buying a bed and an adjustable bed frame that was way out of her budget, but Ralph was so great and we needed the bed ASAP (again, due to mobility issues). I feel bad for these hard working sales people for the delivery service to leave such a sour taste!! Another thing Ralph did that I thought earned an extra star was text us afterwards to apologize, but it wasn't his fault. They really need to hire trained delivery people on customer service. Do not accept anything or sign for any delivery otherwise returning your product will be hell!! Thank goodness we dodged that bullet when the delivery service refused to help my parents remove their old furniture. Don't waste your time here, go to Living Spaces! They have updated styles and their employees don't work on commission. Living Spaces won't sell you anything you don't need and their delivery service is top notch! You don't have to move a thing or prep for their arrival. Sorry, not sorry, but we will never give RC Wiley our business again. Wish we asked around or read reviews before going there. Almost all of my friends agree how horrible it is and I'll help spread the word as well. read more

There was a time when I would emphatically recommend this business, but the more recent experience has been very poor and dissatisfying. We purchased an L-shaped couch that we later discovered ( after noticing sagging) when serviced that its construction was subpar. It looked like a school wood shop class project for beginners. Unfortunately, for us, the return period had elapsed. We gave the store another try, since we've been customers for 13 years, and they failed once again. We ordered fairly expensive bookcases ($2100) and a chair w/ottoman that were damaged upon delivery and returned. We have endured having to return the bookcases four times. One of the items was purchased in July, and we ad to wait until October to get it (backordered). We called customer service and reached out to the corporate office to no avail. We have to be persistent to get a return call, and it's very disappointing. We will pay off our account and cease doing business with RC WILLEY. If you are handy, or don't mind scratch and dent, or able to do woodwork restoration, you find low-priced items in clearance that are likely customer returns or refused deliveries. Beyond the sales staff, we can't endorse this business. We are still awaiting a return phone call from the corporate office. read more

Earlier this year we heard good things about RC Wiley from a friend who bought all new kitchen appliances from them and we decided to try them out and bought a new refrigerator and washer dryer. All good until over 3 weeks ago, I needed to speak with someone about what is the best temperature setting and after calling Whirlpool and getting in an endless loop with their automated phone system and not being able to connect with a live human. I gave up and called the Rocklin RC Wiley where we made our purchases. The person who I was redirected to was pleasant, but not knowledgeable and read to me what was on the Whirlpool website which added no value. He said the sales rep who sold us the goods would call back. Never happened. Then, I called and asking to speak to the store manager to see if she could help me, I was told rather curtly to call back after 11am. Undeterred I did call and a sales manager intercepted my call and said she'd have their service dept. set up a service all and since I have an extended warranty asked if there would be a charge, and she said no. I wondered why a service all was needed when i simply wanted to speak with someone and ask a simple question. I replied to the email about setting up service call as it said I might be responsible for any out of pocket charges. Never received any follow up. Then today, I get a call telling me there would be a service tech coming over in about a week, and that I might be responsible for the cost of the $125 service call and I decided enough is enough and RC Wiley has lost a customer who has a lot of budget for additional home improvements, that I will find another provider for. I should have known that when I was asking the original sales rep for someone to speak with about new carpeting and never got a call, that was not a good sign. Unfortunately for RC Wiley, I found a competitor of theirs that I spent over $12,000 with on new carpeting. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had, and caution anyone to have their eyes open for this shoddy type of customer treatment. I still haven't heard from a live caring human being at the store. Sad state of our lack of interest in putting the customer and their satisfaction first. read more

Ordered a $6K+ office set, one of the main pieces was defective and needed to be replaced. Zero word from RC Willey even after two separate attempts for me to reach them. It took me contacting the poor salesperson who sold the set to me originally to get an answer - and now the answer is the part is backordered until March. If I'd known I would not have a functional set of furniture for over a quarter of a year I wouldn't have bought the set in the first place. Outside of the sales experience I got the distinct impression this company doesn't know or care about after sales service. I just had a leather sectional delivered from RC Wiley. I unfortunately had some issues with the first two deliveries; however, the third time was the charm. My delivery person 'Steve' was amazing. He knew exactly how to carry in all the pieces of my sectional without scratching or ripping them. He also took the time to explain how the mechanics of the chair work, he tested all the pieces that had recliners and made sure the sectional was in the right spot before he left. Worst Service EVER. We had a new Range delivered. We told the driver to cover/protect the wood floor so it doesn't get damaged. Driver said no need these have wheels on them. We told him to protect the floor again, he states RC Willey does not supply us w anything, proceeds to pull the range out and destroys our real wood floor, then turns the unit and causes more damage. Driver then states call the store and file a claim, then leaves. No one from customer service will call us back, No, "I'm sorry nothing ". Just file a claim. Emailed John (head of customer service in Utah "crickets".... No response at all, after 10 days. These folks do not care about the customer at all. Terrible service... read more
