We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Gines provided pictures of all the work and maintained communication throughout the process. I'll be keeping him in mind for future projects. Pictures of the roofing process, chimney cap / step flashing, etc. attached. Both times K&B team was very prompt once the day and scope of work was agreed upon. Keep in mind, they don't cut corners and do a very high quality job with siding/trim/roof. Yes, that might cost you a bit more but will save money in the long run. Olivier as the crew foreman is amazing. He really listened to what was asked and did everything as requested. He pointed out the problems in the exterior and suggested ways to fix them before they become the problem and suggested ways to avoid extra costs by doing them while doing agreed upon work. He and his crew also made sure that everything was left in as clean condition as before they arrived. If I ever need to do siding/windows/roof, I will definitely reach out to K&B.

Due to a busy season it took AHC quite a while to fit us in, but once they did, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and for free as an apology for the delay. Naturally, having the reseal done meant we had a multi-month drought after, but at this point we've finally had enough rain I can say the reseal worked as desired. Very happy and will return to AHC for future roofing needs.
