We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Gines provided pictures of all the work and maintained communication throughout the process. I'll be keeping him in mind for future projects. Pictures of the roofing process, chimney cap / step flashing, etc. attached. Note that it wasn't rained yet so don't know if the leaks have officially stopped, but if there is no edit on this post you can assume everything is good.

The woman at the office, Phyllis, tried to be helpful but this company sucks. The crew 1st said the truck broke down, that he would be here by 12:30. When he didn't show up here I called the office again. Phyllis was just as upset as me because the crew didn't let her know they weren't coming. Walter, if he worked for me he would be fired. I was willing to give them 1 more chance. That they would have to be here tomorrow by 8:00. But until then they would need to get the stuff out of my driveway. Phyllis was trying to work with me and said she would make it happen. Then I spoke to Scott, the owner. The review are correct, this guy is an idiot. He told me that "my roof was so small he would have to do 6 of them to make any money" I asked him why did he take the job if it's not worth it. He started yelling at me that he was with someone right now and not in town and didn't have time for this. He kept yelling until I finally hung up on him. With the Thanksgiving holiday and rain coming he had over a dozen workers on the roof and knocked the job out. The most important point is Donald the owner. He is a roofer and not a salesman. My home is old and had 45 year old skylights that were an odd size. The replacement required a skilled contractor and Donald the owner was on the roof directing the replacement. PERFECT. During the project a few issues that were not anticipated cropped up. They were ALL corrected and no change in price. It does not get any better then the work they did on my home.

Both times K&B team was very prompt once the day and scope of work was agreed upon. Keep in mind, they don't cut corners and do a very high quality job with siding/trim/roof. Yes, that might cost you a bit more but will save money in the long run. Olivier as the crew foreman is amazing. He really listened to what was asked and did everything as requested. He pointed out the problems in the exterior and suggested ways to fix them before they become the problem and suggested ways to avoid extra costs by doing them while doing agreed upon work. He and his crew also made sure that everything was left in as clean condition as before they arrived. If I ever need to do siding/windows/roof, I will definitely reach out to K&B.
