Because they also failed to provide the insurance company with a full diagnostic report, this caused more delays and frustration on our end. On top of that, they were extremely difficult to get ahold of. Calls went unanswered and there was no follow-up. Overall, very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend using them.

They always tried to contact us at the literal last second before someone showed up. We had the service through our home warranty company, so I imagine they treat warranty customers worse. I would not hire them on my own based on how extremely unprofessional the scheduling guy was. They also charge you extra if you use a credit card, which is always shady IMO
