I hired another company who came out and said it may be the cartage and watched him replace it. The shower no longer leaked. Paid the new company $255.00 for the repair. I believe this company attempted to scam me and do a lot more expensive repair that would have cost over $1000.00. My advise, do not ever use this company.

This is a 4' X 8' simple shed, vinyl, and I have the pavers and the plywood for the foundation. The manufacturer estimates a 2 to 4 hour job. So $1000 would be a $500-$250 an hour charge! Hoo wee! I spent $900 on all the materials. Others quoted $250-$400 to do the job. Sorry, I can't recommend their handyman services. So take this review as if I went to a store, found that they were charging $16 for a gallon of milk. I didn't buy the milk, but I certainly cannot recommend buying that store's milk. And if you would read the owner's comments to the 1 and 2 star reviews including this one, the tone of his voice is telling. When a business receives a bad rating or review or a customer complaint, it is a great opportunity to make good and create immense good will, not only with the customer in question, but for anyone reading the review and how it was handled. More business owners would do well to learn this lesson. ***UPDATE So the owner then sends me a personal message to further berate me. This is unprofessional and childish behavior. I hardly write any 1 star reviews, but when a business owner is unprofessional, immature, and way overpriced, it leaves me no choice. Be cautious about hiring him. We stopped in and really liked some of the choices for a kitchen backsplash to go with our new countertops. My husband measured and figured out how many boxes of tiles we'd need. They say they can meet or beat the prices of almost anyone in town and we like supporting small, local businesses when we can. There was some miscommunication about letting us know when the tile was ready, but it got worked out. We are beginning to get it installed ourselves and think it's going to look great.

They told us we could go pick them up at various locations. The lack of accountability and communication is absurd. They kept saying "we will call you" "it will be a few days" well we figured it's been another 3 weeks since it was supposed to be corrected and we took another trip to the store where they said we could go pick it up and low and behold were told that this store has picked them up 2 days after we ordered it. DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL US AGAIN. How many strikes do they get? So unprofessional, lack of everything from them is sad. They are a family run business that lacks the customer service skills. I have been wanting to write this since the first bullshit but today we are finally picking up the remaining boxes yet there are still having issues and giving more bullshit excuses. On top of that they were given to us soaked. Please do not be distracted by their prices. I would pay more for better customer service than come here and deal with this bullshit.

A few hours later Sea Green emailed me saying they would like to bid on the job. Oct 23: Maritza and Jose arrive onsite and inspect the damage. Nov 1: bid received, we approved to proceed Nov 6: work completed Nov 9: invoice received Nov 10: cut check for payment As you can see from the After picture below, Jose did a great job patching up the masonry. They would have repainted for $25 more, but we didn't have the paint formula handy, we can do that ourselves at our convenience. Sea Green Painting as the name suggests does a lot of paint work, but can also fix the stuff that lies beneath the paint: drywall, masonry, etc. You may not see the same quick turnaround we did, depending on the nature of the job and how busy their craftsmen are. We were extremely pleased with the speed and quality of the work. This is our first time using Yelp to find a contractor in Tucson, and I obviously was pleased with how well it worked out.

We were impressed with the quality of the work and the friendliness and helpfulness of the workers. Our CC&Rs have slightly complicated rules about what parts of the exterior are the responsibility of the HOA and what are the responsibility of the homeowners. At the start, only a few homeowners asked Sea Green to paint the areas that are the owner's responsibility. But the quality of the work was apparent immediately and there is no better advertisement than seeing a good company at work. After seeing the first few houses and hearing the praise that the first few homeowners had for the workers, most of the rest hired Sea Green to do the extra work. Of course, you don't tackle 82 home without some complaints. I was the HOA member tasked with being the liaison with Sea Green and I got to see at close hand Maritza handle the problems that came up. She was attentive, courteous, patient, and very good at resolving problems to the complainer's satisfaction. In the end, it is the workers on site that make a difference. I give full praise to them, in particular Jose, Gilbert, and Mino. Their work was impeccable, their attitude was a pleasure, and they went out of their way to be helpful to our 55-and-older community. They have a lot of friends here. Bottom line: I give Sea Green Painting my highest recommendation.

I submitted a quote request on their website on a Friday and David from Boyds called me back the same day to schedule the consultation for the following Monday. Great service! I was coming off of a bad experience trying to hire someone else so their responsiveness was a huge relief. David wasn't sure when he could get me in, but ended up getting me in three days after giving me my quote. I also had some scheduling parameters for the day of and when the painters were running behind David made sure to come by himself to make sure I wasn't waiting around for them. The paint job itself was great, we were just painting a bedroom a shade of white , they did a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Their pricing seems comparable to other painters, although I only received one other quote for this job, so I'm not entirely sure how they compare.
