Ruben was prepping the tub for resurfacing and found that it didn't need anything but a buff and drain plug replacement. Although the tub looked dull and grimy no matter how I cleaned it and the drain and plug had nasty hard water damage, the work required to fix my tub was less involved than he first thought. I am thankful to have found him because I was really worried I was going to have to buy a new tub. My tub looks great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and hire him again. He's kind and has a great worth ethic.

The quote included sealing which I hadn't done before so the price was a little more than I had hoped. But, Sir Grout has a returning customer service at reduced price which convinced me to use their service. Isaiah did a fabulous job explaining 'trouble' spots, and what to do to fix them, then fixed them. I asked him not to move four big cabinets. He however did not move the smaller TV cabinet so when I moved it to reset the modem the tile hadn't been cleaned under it. Oh well, next year. Thank you Sir Grout.

He went BEYOND the refinishing and was able to eliminate the scratching and other dings in the wood by gently sanding those things in a way that it appeared to be part of the original tables. Robert is very detailed oriented. We told we did not expect perfection - But we GOT perfection! He really enjoys doing this and is just a fun gentleman to work with.
